Boosted!
This vitamin C supplement is easy to take and really helps when I’m feeling under the weather. It’s high-quality and has liposomal glutathione, which boosts absorption and makes it more effective. I notice a difference in my energy and overall health when I use it regularly. If you want a reliable high-performing vitamin C option, this one is worth considering. While I'm still torn on the value considering the price, I'm not dissuaded either. If you think it's something you'd be into, I'd recommend even considering that. The taste is fine, it's like about what you'd expect. Not harsh at all.

Good value but has a bit of an odd taste.
I have been taking vitamin C and glutathione separately in capsule form for years now and recently began reading about liposomal absorption of supplements which made me interested in trying the liposomal form. This combines two supplements in one which is quicker and easier. This is a really good value also because you're getting 10.14 fl oz in this little bottle. That's a one month supply (30 day supply). It comes with a small plastic measuring cup that fits over the top of the bottle so it is always conveniently at hand and easy to measure. You do need to refrigerate this after opening. This is gluten and soy free, non-GMO with no preservatives or animal products. It has a bit of a weird taste to it but it's not too bad. Sort of earthy taste with an artificial aftertaste of strawberry. I just swallow it very fast and chase it with water.

Steady
I’ve been taking this Liposomal Glutathione & Vitamin C in strawberry flavor for the past couple of months, mainly hoping to give my overall wellness a boost. I was interested in this one because liposomal glutathione is supposed to be a more effective way to get antioxidants into your system, and I liked that it came with Vitamin C for extra immune support. The strawberry flavor sounded like a nice touch, and I’m always up for something that doesn’t feel like a “medicine” but more like a daily treat. I was a little skeptical at first, because supplements that say “strawberry flavor” don’t always taste great. But I was pleasantly surprised. It’s genuinely enjoyable, and I don’t have to brace myself to take it. I actually look forward to it in the morning, which makes it easy to remember. The consistency is a bit thick, which was different at first, but I got used to it quickly and now it’s just part of the routine. In terms of effects, I didn’t notice anything super dramatic right away, which I kind of expected. I wasn’t looking for a magic transformation, just something to give my body a little extra support. After a few weeks, though, I started to feel a subtle difference in my energy. It’s not a jolt or anything, but I feel a little more “steady” throughout the day, like I don’t get worn out as quickly. I’m not crashing in the afternoons as hard, which has helped me stay more productive without constantly reaching for another coffee. Another thing I’ve noticed is that my skin seems a bit brighter and clearer. I didn’t start taking this specifically for skin benefits, but I know glutathione is supposed to support skin health, so it’s been a nice bonus. It’s not like a “wow” change, but I’ve noticed a subtle glow, which I’m happy about. As for immunity, I usually get hit with at least one cold as the seasons change, but so far, I’ve managed to avoid that. I can’t say for sure if it’s the glutathione, but it does feel like my immune system is holding up better than usual, especially with everyone around me getting sick.

Trusted brand outstanding supplement
TL;DR:Highly bioavailableTastes good (iykyk)Trusted brandBackground:I discovered liposomal encapsulation in 2015. At the time, finding encapsulated vitamin C was niche, so I started making my own. I invested hundreds in equipment and spent hours on weekends making batches. Production is fickle—constant attention to temperature is required, or you risk breaking the encapsulation. Additionally, the size of the encapsulation is somewhat limited by the equipment. All this to say, I’ve been around the block with this stuff. From my experience, this product tastes much better than homemade versions, and I really appreciate that they use sunflower lecithin. Why You Should Consider This Product:This is a great brand. I’ve used them over the years for their high-quality fish oil, and I love that they’re now making this product. As for liposomal vitamin C, it’s the best form of vitamin C, which is one of the best antioxidants. Unlike many antioxidants, vitamin C can donate two electrons, making it highly effective against free radicals. The challenge with vitamin C is that it traditionally passes through ATP-dependent transporters like SVCTs and GLUTs, which limits how much the body can absorb. Liposomal encapsulation, however, is a delivery mechanism where the supplement or medicine is encased in a bi-phospholipid membrane almost identical to those in our cells. This allows the encapsulated vitamin C to "fuse" with cell membranes, bypassing traditional transport mechanisms. Ultimately, this enables higher saturation of the supplement or medicine.Additionally, this encapsulation protects the supplement from the stomach’s harsh environment and provides more targeted delivery to lipid-rich cells (like those in the brain). In general, liposomal encapsulation is the bees’ knees as a delivery mechanism, and vitamin C is an outstanding antioxidant.
