The frame is solid, makes no sounds and doesn't wobble when moving. The lift mechanism works well. However the instructions are very poorly made. Many pieces are directional but not illustrated and it is not very apparent until you get several steps further. I am mechanically inclined and read blue prints and schematics all the time at work almost daily. This was frustrating to put together. It was easy to take apart and flip the pieces but time consuming. I would still recommend this frame to my friends and family I would just write them a list of parts that are directional that the instructions do not explain or give you tips for each step so you know how to orientate the pieces correctly. It wasn't hard to do just frustrating because many of the parts share the same part number but there is a head and foot end to each of the parts. 2 people would make it easier to assemble but I didn't have any problems the two times it took me to get it assembled correctly.

What a great value for this solid, easy to assemble bed! We love the storage space accessible without needing a lot of space around the bed for drawers. You also get more storage (the whole area under the bed) because you aren't limited by drawer size. And it's all hidden from view! My husband is a contractor and he was very impressed by the sturdy construction. The hypdrolic lift is easy to use, (we are in our 60s and in good shape) we got a Purple brand mattress and the bed is surprisingly comfortable! The headboard looks nicer than I expected at this price! In our box, 4 of the 28 slats supporting the mattress were too short but customer service was polite, responsive within 36 hours and super quick to send us replacements. We highly recommend this product!

I was really reluctant to order a bed on line. I finally decided on this one and was very pleased it arrived earlier than expected. Bed came in two boxes both were well packed, all parts were included bed was a little hard to assemble we ended up having to redo acouple of thing’s directions are not great but end results were.

One of the most uncomfortable frames of bed imaginable. Thankfully the mattress isn’t so bad but just turning in this bed feels like it’s going to collapse. the skeleton of the bed very cheaply made and it is so low and uncomfortable. To put the bed together was torture and thankfully had some help went step by step but far from easy. This was a gift and I ended up resting in it for surgery recovery and it was so uncomfortable-the recipients never complained because they knew that I wouldn’t be able to return. So save yourself the trouble-do not buy this bed. I wish I could get a refund and save myself from the embarrassment of buying it.

Every was good. but, This part other part of the bed is not working. It stuck and dont know how to fix it.

Everything came well packaged/protected. The instructions were a little difficult but manageable. Nice light beige color with no markings. highly recommend. Worth the price.

So far so good. I received the bed frame earlier than the expected delivery date which was perfect. I was hesitant to order it because of some of the reviews but im glad i did. It came well packaged. It has great storage space under it. The gray color is nice. The assembly was a bit challenging. Thankfully i had help from a friend but it can be a bit confusing as the directions and some of the pieces weren’t clearly marked. Just have a little patience. I have a heavy mattress and it seems to holding it very well. Im pleased with the purchase and would recommend it if you are looking to organize your room better and have space to store stuff.
