What's great about Blast X is it tastes great and the functionality of it is perfect. Depending how you like your pre-workout, strong or watered down.... It's great. I enjoyed it both ways and definitely can feel it "hit" quicker with the less concentrated mix. With more water, I tended to sip on it more than needed to. The good - > Value to amount of product after a week, doesn't seem like I made a dent in it. > Taste - WATERMELON (strawberry) > Less jitters and shaky feeling with more water (science) Then the dislikes - Size of the product versus container

A descent taste.. it does have a bit of a chemical taste that I don't care for on some of these pre-workouts, but if you can get by that it gives the same amount of pump and energy you expect from a pre-workout.

Blast X pre workout. Strawberry watermelon not very tasty. Far as energy and effects not that great either. Much better results and taste with Controlled Labs white flood plus or Nutrex Outlift amped. This old school formula blast X not even 100% sure if the ingredients meet the label I drank it and it just feels like it’s off. The other two pre-workouts I mentioned have similar amounts of caffeine and a lot of same similar ingredients but yet I can feel them working. No Alpha GPC in this one either, it must cost too much for the company and hurt their profit margins greedy much? Nutrex offer high dose of Alpha GPC for two dollars less a container….. I also don’t like all the plastic waste with the old-school brand, especially with the blast x. Landfills get hit hard with jerks like these guys, but who cares about the environment as long as it gives the illusion you’re getting more than you really are. Let’s trick our customers. I won’t buy this again. I will pass make a good product and you might get repeat business dummies. I’m sticking with nutrex and controlled labs. I have bought several containers over and over and over and they make a non-inferior product. That’s how you do business treat your customers good and they will treat you good. Old school you can brush off.

Great pumps and clean focused energy without a crash. I take a full scoop before every big workout. On my 2nd tub now. I wanted to try other flavors and regret not choosing something else for variety sake, but the Strawberry Watermelon was so delicious I had to get it again. My 3rd tub I'll switch it up to compare

First time buying from this brand. I picked the strawberry-watermelon flavor, I just opened it and it tastes and smells good 8/10. But I'm very disappointed with the amount of powder that's in it for a kinda large container. It's literally came half the container as shown in the image.

I’m still new into working out but I’ve tried a few different pre workouts and couldn’t stand the taste of them. This one tastes amazing, doesn’t have your typical aftertaste sugar free things normally have. I had a really great workout after taking this, will definitely be repurchasing.

I like these pre workout powders because they're usually a huge burst of caffeine and other things, like B vitamins and taurine. this one is no joke, it's super potent with 325 mg of caffeine, not for the weak, and other energy enhancers. the impact is interesting, you really can feel a tingling once it's kicking in, which is odd at first, but subsides quickly as it absorbs. This leads to a great boost of power, getting your body and muscles ready for blast off in the gym! I noticed I was working out longer and harder after drinking this powder! I wasn't motivated until this stuff kicked in, then I couldn't think of anything else but working out. The strawberry & watermelon flavoring however, is much to be desired. it tastes really artificial and has a lingering faux watermelon aftertaste, not sure I would get this version again. it makes sense, some of the ingredients are really bitter in their natural form, so a huge flavor profile is needed to mask the other ingredients. overall, this pre workout powder has done wonders for my motivation and workouts. I can't wait to try other flavors after I work my way through this batch.

I’ve been loyal since 2017. 2017!! Blast has been so ridiculously consistent, even on my most tired days. This last container just didn’t do it. Dragging every single workout. I thought it was age, maybe just general disinterest in working out, but now I see all the reviews about the “white top” formula change and it’s started making sense. I even tried Blast Max at twice the price. Nothing special except those head scratching tingles. A sad end of an era. It was a hell of a run though…
