Item was as described. Filled out quickly and has stayed firm for the 3 months we have used it.No smell. Mostly sturdy but dips when sitting on edges only. It can seat 2 children comfortably or one adult. My 10 year old daughter uses as a chair in her room and then utilizes it for sleepovers. Many have commented on how comfortable it is. We got it in white and the color is as expected.

I bought this as a college student in case I have guests sleeping over. It's a good size and is very easy to assemble both ways. I find it comfortable to sit on, but my friend said that she had found it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on because of the indents on the couch. However, she has a sleeping bag that she puts on top of it and it fills in the spaces. She sleeps very well once that's done. Aside from that I think it's a really nice touch in the room when I have people coming over.

Their customer service is FANTASTIC. There was an issue with some of the buttons and they were 100% responsive, eager to resolve the issue, and we worked out a resolution in day or two. You don't find results like this from customer service anymore...The sofa bed is a great color, comfortable and perfect for guests (or the dog!).

I give this a 5/5. No smells. Super plush. Color is exact. I fit and two other kids too. My ONLY issue... When I received this product one of the pillows looked like the seam had come apart and been sewn back together. (Pictured), amazon credited me $25 for the issue and I feel good about that. Easily resolved.

Bought this when we needed it for my son for a quick sleep over. It’s so comfortable, and easy to fold and unfold. It’s been a favorite seat around the kids room and basement. But it’s quite heavy! I also swore it said washable…but the covers do not come off, so take that for what you will.

It’s good quality and everything but I just would get annoyed at how it folded under instead just being able to open out like a pull out couch. It’s very hard on my back to turn it over to fold and make it look like the picture. If you unfold it from how it is on the picture the round cushion keeps the bottom propped up which I guess if you turn it around that could be where your head could rest. But also the crack is now on the side you’re laying on which is not comfortable. So the way I was able to have the flat side on top and the round cushion not bump up the bottom edge was to leave it attached with the black straps and unzipping it from the mattress part and folding it that way when I wasn’t laying on it. I just felt like it was too much of a hassle and then I would trip on the round cushion because it’s attached by the black straps but it’s loose still and easily gets pushed around. It wasn’t for me and maybe I got a defective design. The material is good quality tho just the design did work out for me

Exceeded my expectations. Super comfortable. Well padded. Easy to transform from chair to mattress. A little heavy to move. The only downside is it's not as long as advertised unless they added the 2 pillows that come with it to the length. It comes up a bit short without them. Otherwise, phenomenal purchase.

El sillón es funcional y se acomoda bien recargado a la pared. Para usarlo como cama las almohadas son altas pero son removibles lo que permite que uses otras. Funciona bien para visitas.
