Q: Can this support the weight of an iPhone 12 without drifting down?

I have a MotoG Stylus, it's a fairly large phone and noticeably heaver than my previous one. My Moto G Stylus weights 7.6 ounces, and measures 6.6 in. by 3 in. Screen size 6.8, it is also in a case. I'll admit I was concerned as well about sliding, drooping and shifting when I purchased the GymMate, but this device is a beast! It's got super strong hold and doesn't shift or droop. It holds my phone exactly where I position it, yet, if I need to adjust position it's easy to do with no wrestling around with it. This is by far the best phone holder I've ever used. ( I had the clip in style before and what a pain in the a** it was to get my phone in) Im absolutely more than pleased with the GymMate and highly recommend it!!!!

Q: Will this interfere with wireless charging?

It can depending on where you place the magnet on the back that this will need to stick to.

Q: Will placing the magnet inside your case ruin your phone?

What goes inside the case is a metal plate. It’s not magnetic, and there is no danger to the phone. The metal plate allows your phone to attach to Gym Mate holder which has magnets on both sides. Magnets are commonly used to keep the phone in place across many situations, and it’s absolutely safe for your phone. Just be sure your case is relatively thin so magnets can act through it.

Q: Will this attach to magsafe only? No metal plates just Magsafe, will it?

I will not attach to MagSafe only. Metal plate is necessary.
