Lid nightmare!
I really, really wanted to like this teapot, but I can’t! We are having mayor problems with the lid, it doesn’t close properly and when pushed to make it secure it gets stuck. Is been a whole 24 hours that we have not been able to open it. I had already contact the company, waiting for some answers and trying to figure if we just got a “lemon” or is a general problem with their design.UPDATE 7/26/2018After contacting the company they refund us the money and send us a new one that works just perfect! I changed my one star review for a four star forconaony service, they are fast and stand up for their product! See video of new teapot.

Goldilocks Temperature
My first morning with this plot and I love it! The perfect container size for one tea bag or for loose tea. The neoprene warmer is keeping the tea at a nice temperature for my morning wake-up. I marked it 4 stars because the kid only fits if I use the strainer insert which I don't need most of the time. A separate lid would be nice. P. S. I love that it's dishwasher safe!

Great teapot at a reasonable price
I was very pleased to receive this teapot. I think it is less fragile than some of the other reviewers seem to think it was. (Although it is glass, so breakable, I believe it should be fine. It's rated to use on a stove or placed in a dishwasher; dropping from a height is probably ill-advised.) The neoprene pot cover is a great addition as it will help to keep anything in the pot warm (although not indefinitely). Do remember to take the pot cover off if you put the pot on the stove, however. I had no problem negotiating the lid although it is tight. All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase and recommend it strongly to others.

lovely addition to my kitchen
Its so tiny and pretty! it looks small but fits 900ml, I've measure it! I did!Well the cover came with a weird smell so i had to wash it in the washing machine.. it came out as new so another good point.

I knew from the price that it was not going to be the best product out there
Very small, maybe for one large cup or two small. The insert does not reach all the way down, so you are forced to fill the whole pot. The glass and metal parts are not impressive. The metal parts are very thin. I knew from the price that it was not going to be the best product out there, but somehow from the photos I thought it would be OK. I have not tried it yet, so I cannot say much about its functionality.

Overall happy
Im very pleased with my new infuser tea pot overall. It was delivered quickly, style is very nice and I had no problems with the lid. I saw from reading previous reviews that some people had problems with it getting stuck, but it went on and off with no problem for me. This tea pot with its piece was also very easy to clean. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because if you want to make just one cup, about 8oz, with loose tea, the water will not reach up to the bottom part of the infuser, so you would have to make about 3 cups to get all your water infused with the loose leaf tea, therefore you will have leftover tea wich you could just save for later and reheat so its not a waste. Overall happy with my purchase.

Pot cracked while heating water.
I have had this pot for less than 1 month. Today while heating water for tea, it cracked. Edit****i contacted the sellers and they immediately informed me they will be sending me a new product. The sellers are A+, I’m just a little skeptical about the pot.
