I like It!
I tried out this mat that my friend bought and let me borrow because of my back pain. I do notice a difference when I use It and my fiancé hurt his shoulder and was in pain and used It one time and did two sessions of 20 minutes on two different modes and said the next day his shoulder felt perfectly fine and totally healed! So after trying out my friends mat I ordered us our own! Red light therapy is really good but you have to get a product with lights that are real and actually have enough power to penetrate the skin. I don’t know how to test how strong the lights are or how to tell that they are real but we can feel a difference when we use It so that’s my only way of knowing. This isn’t as strong as some more expensive lights or a cold laser light but It is a great product for every day use for people who do labor jobs that are hard on the body and I think this is worth the price! I would recommend to just use It on straight skin so that there’s no obstructions blocking the light penetration so It can work as good as possible. The heat level feels good it’s not as hot as a heating pad but gets warm enough to help loosen up some muscle tightness. Seems like it’s made pretty well and the cord length I think is good It reaches from behind the couch to where I sit and reaches from the plug next to my bed as well so I think the cord length is fine! As for size, the mat covers my whole back so I like It and It also is flexible and can be wrapped around your arm or leg and It comes with a stretchy Velcro belt to wrap the mat around and secure It if you need It on your knee ankle or elbow etc. we like It!

Great Value!
I am very happy with mine. It has helped with shoulder pain, feet pain and knee pain. I even bought one for my Mom later and she loves it, it has helped her with some issues. It is easy to use and I like that you can easily clean it

This seems to be helping some of my symptoms.
Just the right size to cover my back plus my hips. The heat is just right. I can lay, or sit. Love it

Effective but lights burn out too quickly
Very effective for speeding up healing of muscles and sore joints. I love the heat on my sore spots. I've had it less than 6 months and six or more of the lights have burned out. Should have lasted longer! Great product but the quality is disappointing.

Large, Effective, and Worth The Price
This was worth every penny of the purchase price! I use this pad several times a week and would use it more if I could fit it into my schedule. The size is great for near full body coverage. It can be set for 3 different power (low, medium, high) and 4 different light settings (Near Infra, Infra, Combination, and Pulse). It automatically shuts off after 20 minutes, so I don't have to watch the clock. I use it for 20 minutes on my back, then turn over for 20 more. After about a month of use, I'm seeing no issues with the pad's performance. I do wipe it down with a soft dry towel after each use. On the highest setting, it does get a little warm, but not hot by any means. The plastic is comfortable to lay on and doesn't seem to cause sweating and it folds up for easy storage under the bed. I do notice a reduction in inflammation when there is an injury, muscle recovery after workouts, and it does often make me feel a little sleepy on the highest settings, which isn't really a complaint. Read the instructions and use it responsibly for best results.

Well made light. therapy mat
This device comes with realistic instructions. It seems to work well, including shutting itself off after 20 minutes. (More time on it is not helpful, apparently.) It is not a quick fix, but lying on the warm lights is very relaxing. After consistent use for about a month, I do feel that the arthritis in my back is less bothersome .

Works to relieve deep pain after a month of consistent use.
Love this panel. Has helped after using a month with my aching hips from menopause. Use it 3-5 times a week. The light is warm and comfortable. Can get a little hot on the highest bright setting.

no directions other than how to turn it on
works like it says, the only problem is there is no directions on which mode to use for your specific needs or how to actually use it.
