Poor quality, cannot recommend
| was quite happy with this; the heart rate monitor worked well, as did the sleep monitor and email/message notification vibration. The step counter was, as is normal for wrist trackers, woeful. I stroked my cat for nearly a mile one morning. The way to use it is to put it on just before doing exercise, in which case it is fairly accurate. Mine broke after a few weeks, though - the bluetooth failed completely and a crack appeared in the case. Shame.

Combined with the Google Fit app I have a very accurate calorie count, also the heart rate monitor on sports mode is great in the gym. May not be 100% accurate,but can certainly tell when I'm am working hard rather than sitting at my desk. Would recommend
