I used this portable infrared sauna blanket for the first time for an hour, and I loved it! As someone who sits all day, this is perfect for sweating out toxins and feeling refreshed. The manual recommends 122°F, but I set it to 135°F since I don’t sweat easily—worked great for me! Afterward, I felt lighter and more energized. The material feels durable( you may need place two towels in for cover and bottom that touches your skin with softening you want). Definitely worth it if you’re looking for an easy, at-home detox solution.

It’s actually become part of her weekly wind-down routine. It heats up fast and the temperature range is wide enough for just about anyone. You can really feel it loosen up tight muscles after a workout, and the timer is simple to use. It folds up small enough to stash in a closet or under a bed when not in use. We've only been using it a few weeks, so it's hard to tell if it's helping with weight loss, but it seems to be helping with detox, anyway. You feel less gross? Or more... healthy. It's hard to explain.Be prepared to sweat—a lot. Make sure to put a towel down inside, as recommended, for easier cleanup. The only downside is the PU leather cover feels a bit plasticky at first, but you get used to it. It's also very heavy. Great option if you want a home sauna without breaking the bank.

The quality of this product is amazing!! It’s nice and thick, and super soft! Instructions are easy to understand and it comes with the things you need to really get your sweat on! It even comes with a cleaning bottle!! It also comes in a nice bag for easy storage when you aren’t using it

I was just starting to really like this product until it almost set me on fire. I use it once or twice a week for about 35 minutes. Everything was fine until something started smoking ...... It was the blanket. The cord melted the covering, not sure what happened, but this thing won't even last a couple months. My husband says it's a bit of a waste of money, disappointing to say the least, still recommend you don't buy it, there's no security whatsoever and it can easily jeopardize your health.

It was a comfortable heat setting for him without causing him to sweat.
