There are quite a few things that I like about this product and the biggest thing has to do with the massager nodes that can get out the knots (stress, tension, etc) in the lower part of your neck and upper back. What I really appreciate about it is that within the last few years there have been many things that have caused me stress and I feel it more often in my upper back and neck and sometimes have a hard time relaxing myself, but this is like a forced relaxation which really loosens up my muscles and helps me to feel a lot better and more relaxed after using it. It definitely helps. I feel like a lot of individuals can relate to these same feelings, and this product really helps me to feel more relaxed, less stressed and more comfortable. Plus the heated back zone feels awesome on the middle part of my back; I feel like any type of heat on your muscles just feels amazing and provides a source of relaxation. The only part that I personally do not really care for is how the heated back zone also has a vibration mode to it which could be similar to a massage because it vibrates, my husband says he likes it, but that’s not something I really care for in the product but the heated back zone feels awesome. My husband and I also used the massager on the lower part of our back because the device is quite mobile and adjustable so you can move it pretty much anywhere you would want to on your back. There are several modes of adjustment, which are really nice because you can strike a balance between the amount of pressure you want to use with the device. The power cord is really long too. Overall, it is a really convenient and useful device and you can easily use it while you are sitting or reclining and watching TV or being on a smart phone or tablet.

Best product combination, it includes heat, shiatsu massage, and vibration massage, along with a connected remote control to change the intensity and heat levels. It allows you to control each individually, if you only wanted one or 2 of these features on instead of all 3. It helps relief tensed up pressure on the lower back and around upper back towards the neck!It is pretty quiet and feels high quality and very durable. I have sciatica so this actually helps me tremendously on a day to day basis. Highly recommend especially to people who have to be seated a lot.

It's a smaller, more portable style compared to a full seat cushion, but it still delivers a really deep, satisfying massage. I usually use it after long days sitting at my desk, and it definitely helps loosen up all the tight spots in my back.It is a lot smaller than I expected it to be, but it defiantly packs a punch for those that have bad backs.

The media could not be loaded. The nodes give a firm massage without being too intense, and the optional heat setting adds a gentle warmth that helps loosen up tight muscles. I really appreciate that it’s rechargeable and cordless, which makes it easy to move around the house or use on different chairs without dealing with plugs. It’s especially handy on my recliner in the evenings. The vibration feature is more subtle than I expected, but it does add a little extra relaxation. Overall, it's a practical way to relieve everyday tension and feels like a good value for the price.

I’ve been using this massager for a couple of weeks now and it’s been great. The 3D kneading on the neck and back feels strong and really works out tight spots. The heat is a nice touch — not too hot, just enough to help loosen things up.It fits well on pretty much any chair, and it’s easy to adjust the position to hit the right areas while laying down at a 45% angle. I mostly use it after work or when I’m feeling sore from sitting too long. The Shiatsu Massage Pillow is excellent. Perfect for when you need to relax and get a nice message. This is great for the neck, back and I used it to give a deep massage on my hamstring. The heat is very nice as well. You can adjust the amount of heat which is nice. Another great thing about this product is the vibration feature. It's a pulsating feeling that reminds me the bed that my chiropractor uses. You get a good variety of vibrations to help you relax. I love this feature mixed with the pressure of the rolling massage balls. One important thing that I want to mention is cord length. There is plenty of cord where im able to sit in my favorite chair without having to run an extension cord. The remote is easy to use as well. In all fantastic product.

Bought this back and neck massager two weeks ago, have been using it almost daily and really enjoyed it.The first impression is that the massager is small but sturdy. I can place it anywhere like a second pillow. I placed it on the sofa next to the arm and with a back cushion under it. The cover material is soft and feels great against the skin.The setup and the operation are really easy, plug it in and use the wired remote to control the massager. The remote is basic but with effective functions: power button, kneading levels, and heat levels.The two kneading nodes are large and powerful. A 10-15 minutes of deep rotating motion effectively melts away some of the upper back and shoulder stress. It also changes the rotation directions so it attacks the tension from different angles. I do need to adjust the position if I want it to work on necks, shoulders, or upper back.The heat is a nice touch - I find it soothing and believe it helps the blood circulation. It turns on quickly and spreads warmth through the massaging area enhancing the relaxing effect.I'm happy with this purchase or what it is for: targeting neck and shoulder tension, no fancy bells and whistles, simple and incredibly effective. And the price is very affordable comparing to some neck massagers I saw in retail stores.
