Not used yet but in few reviews people are using this powder as tea but it clearly mentioned on packet that this product is for external use only on hair. So I'm not sure if I can consume it or not .

I bought this for my hai and face. The powder is super fine and fresh. It smells natural and works well in DIY face mask

I make a smooth paste by mixing two teaspoons powder with warm water, let it sit five minutes, then apply from roots to tips on damp hair. Massage lightly, cover with a shower cap and leave for some minutes before rinsing with plain water, then mild shampoo. Done this twice a week for best shine
