I ordered the Drive Tools 3 Ton Axle Stands but upon arrival had to return due to substandard quality and finish. These stands feel reassuringly solid. The heavy-duty steel construction gives you confidence when working under the car. Rated to 3 tons, they handle everything from small hatchbacks to larger SUVs with ease. Or so it would have been. However there was small holes/pores in the metal on one of the top legs of the stands. Doesn't really reasure you with confidence. Although it would not have an issue in the short term, buting new should mean getting what should be good condition not just so so. The ratchet mechanism is smooth and intuitive. It locks securely into place with a satisfying "click", and it's easy to adjust the height even when wearing gloves. The wide base design ensures good stability, even on slightly uneven ground. I would use them on a concrete driveway and compacted gravel with no wobbling or tilting. Compared to more premium brands, these offer very similar functionality at a more budget-friendly price. Excellent for both diy'ers and semi-regular users. Cons: 🔩 Finish Could Be Better: The paint on the stands isn’t the most durable. It was chipped out of the box. Rust prevention might be needed over time. This the reason why i returned. They came in a simple box with no instructions, which might not be ideal for first-time users. Thankfully, they’re straightforward enough to figure out. If you’re looking for dependable, budget-conscious axle stands that do the job without fuss, the Drive Tools 3 Ton stands are a strong contender. While not perfect in finish, they deliver solid performance and safety where it matters. Recommended for diyers. They came with rubber/plastic top cover which was a bonus.

These look amazing, yet to be used but greatly received. Locking function is great too.

Very nice solid made axle stands. Come with rubber boots so not metal on metal. But can be removed.

Good quality and design but they’re too high for a sports car, wasn’t able to try them on a wheel change
