This inexpensive product makes the perfect poached eggs
Ordered a set on June 24, and even though they weren't supposed arrive till somewhere between July16 to Aug 6, they arrived on July 5. I made a poached egg for dinner that night after googling instructions, and it turned out perfect. I love how the egg white wasn't spread out and lost like they had been in my traditional poaching, and how none of the white was runny yet the yolk still was. Included instructions would have been nice, but it's so easy to go online to find out how to use them, it's not super important.

Do not recommend.
This product did not work well. It’s hard to put a lid on any pan and the water would bubble over into the cup. The eggs stuck in the cups and never came out. My husband threw them in the garbage after one use. Not recommended.

Great eggs, but...
These things are great. And I've learned so much from using them.Silicon still needs to be sprayed with no-stick oil or the egg won't come out neatly.Cover the pan when you use them for eggs. Water will float on the top that needs to be drained, but it's the best way to cook the top of the egg.And the most important thing I learned, and why I'm down to three and considering buying a new microwave, if not a new house: I got the bright idea of using one of these babies instead of a mug for those cake-in-a-cup desserts. I dutifully sprayed it, from lesson one, mixed the cake mix and poured it in, then followed the instructions on the box, which is three minutes in the microwave. Our microwave has a mesh on the front so thick you can't see through it much. What we discovered, and lesson learned, was that silicon cooks the cake four times faster than in a mug. And that if you cook for more than a minute, the cake-in-a-cup becomes an acridly smoking bomb! As wisps of black smoke began to leak from the door, we flung it open just before the thing caught fire. The house filled with smoke (bonus lesson, our smoke alarms don't work) as I rushed it with tongs to the sink and plunged it into a bowl of handy water (thank goodness for slobs). The house still smells faintly of smoke, and after scrubbing out the filters, food cooked in the microwave no longer tastes acrid. NOTE: None of this is the fault of the product, which I still value. Great poached eggs. Just no more cake.

Disappointed
Based on the picture of the product, I expected these to be the same as the set of poaching cups we already had (two different colors of green, softer surface texture). Instead, they are all the same color and they are a somewhat different texture (non-slick, sticky). They work OK, but they are not as nice as the cups we ordered a year or two ago. We ordered these, by the way, to increase the number and match what we have.

Worked perfectly after watching youtube for instructions
Going to the beach with family and wanted an easy way to make eggs benedict for 10 people. Ordered 2 sets of these. Found a video on youtube that showed how to use them (cover the pan) and they worked perfectly.Best and easiest way to poach eggs. Both daughters took a set home so had to order ANOTHER set for me. Only improvement I could see was to include instructions or a link to youtube with each set?
