I've had tendonitis to the point of physical therapy needed, including a "frozen" shoulder! Not Fun! I ordered this for those times when I feel a twinge coming on. My problem is that I can't apply it easily myself. It's a nicely made item and you can use the included packs hot or cold, both great features. Now, if only I could easily put it on without assistance!
