I'm pretty sure ringconn is losing money on these rings. Just the plastic rings worth more than a buck. I was amazed to see that the ring fits perfectly and seriously small in size. Except the weight, they give you a replica of the ring, so you can get an understanding of the fit. Believe it or not, I spent couple hours with the ring, coming from Oura and admiring how they managed to make it much more comfortable then the oura ring. Then it strike me, this is the first gen. Their second gen is even smaller, which I ended up ordering.

don't buy a ring conn until you have this kit
Turned out to be important to size my fingers before committing to buy one of their health-monitoring rings. Thought the 10 was good till I wore it on my index finger for a day and found enough fluctuating finger-width that I tried the 11 for awhile (same finger). The 11 kept the ring snug enuf to need a twist over my knuckle to remove, without being so snug that it was hard to do, like the 10. The Co. says that the tech embedded inside the ring needs no more micro-space than their sizing kit rings do—that they're an accurate measure for their rings, so am glad I did it first.

Seems a waste an expense of packaging.
Needed this. But I sure wish it was recyclable. Not expensive but a waste of plastic and packaging imo.

We used this to size before purchasing- so glad we did! My husbands size was 2 full sizes bigger than his normal size.
