Let me be clear, prior to ordering this, I drank less than 10oz of fluids a day on avg. I don't think about drinking, I'm not thirsty, no I do not have any disorder or health condition that causes that, I'm just trained to not drink just because, no reason. IV hydro no go from first sip, LMNT intrigued my taste buds but overall too salty, but drip drop, mainly grape and fruit punch, makes me grab the bottle. I want to drink it.
