I was a bit concerned with the product when I received it because it was not packed in ice. The owner called me and took the time to explain the process, and the safety of the product. He set my mind at ease. This morning was my first try with the egg whites in my coffee. It mixed well, and was delicious. Very smooth. I'm so happy to have found this company to help me with my journey to better health and reach my daily protein goals. Just as an fyi, if you are mixing in hot liquid, it may cook the whites a bit. I allowed my coffee to cool to a 135 degree temperature, and then mixed it in.

I’d recommend contacting prior to purchasing or contact after purchasing to ensure no issues occur with delivery. Great product to get extra nutritional needs in shakes or coffee.
