We bought this as a gift for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and she loves it!! She’s so good at changing over the cards, they’re very robust. Can’t wait to get more cards to try, the whole family loves it!

This has been just right for our four year old. We use it some mornings for the daily 10mins podcast with Jake (free) which is lively and aimed at children. Sometimes we use it to guide drawings or dancing. However, we always use it each night to listen to stories (typically needing to buy Yoto cards separately but they’re very affordable. There are also some available for free but they are only ever available for a limited time). We also take the Yoto on long car journeys, typically surprising our little one with a new card. The screen shows one pixelated image per chapter and so it’s enough to guide a child through the story (so they can then navigate to and from their favourite chapters independently) without it feeling like they’re glued to a screen. There’s also a night light and wake up light function. Best purchase I’ve made for him.

This has gone down really well with a 2-year old grandchild who loves the nursery rhymes in the starter pack. I think she'll really grow into this and enjoy stories being read as she grows older. Hoping to record a few myself and see how that goes! Looks well made, robust and attractive, easy for a child to operate and multi-functional without being too complicated. Seems good value and additional cards not too pricy.

Love our yoto product! Although the one we received is faulty as it does not read any cards the customer service from Yoto quickly resolves our issue and sent a replacement. Its a great audio box for kids and even adults! Highly recommended

We love the yoto easy to use, lots of extra functions, timer and nightlight. I went with this over a tonie and haven't regretted it. They are good quality and are a good size for young children. The cards are plasticy, I was worried they would be easy to tear but they are more like a credit card.

This is a fantastic sturdy device multi functional story box, clock, night light and daily activities. Battery lasts for ages too. My Grandson age 5 loves it and has even told his teacher to get one. Comes with story, music and activities as starter pack. We love it!

My 15 month old figured out how to put the cards in and out right away, how to push the buttons, and how to be patient and listen to stories. He is a kid that doesn’t get a lot of screen time, and loves books, but also loves the occasional Ms Rachel. Great sound quality, the app is very functional and easy to use, great durability and heavy, but easy for them to carry around if they need to. The size is perfect to be portable. A great value for money overall and good fit for all ages. I highly recommend this for anyone with kids. I can’t wait till he gets older and we can get the Harry Potter cards for him!

Our first Yoto player arrived damaged after the delivery driver threw it onto our doorstep, which was frustrating. However, the replacement arrived in perfect condition, and the device itself has been fantastic. My toddler absolutely loves it. There’s a huge variety of cards available—stories, music, learning content, sleep sounds, meditation, and more—so there’s something for every mood and age. It’s been an excellent screen-free alternative and has significantly reduced screen time in our house. Overall, a great device for kids.

This has been a great purchase for my 5 & 3 yr old boys. They both enjoy the cards as well as the many products & content that Yoto offers for free along with the player (yoto daily, free stories etc.). It is a great value, and my boys have had no problems using it.
