I’m changing my review to 4 stars as the company does stand by the product. After my purchase the main cylinder broke making the whole thing useless. Company reached out offering me gift card & said the new model will have upgrades. I only wanted a new cylinder. They sent me an entire new unit. Awesome customer service! I will buy the upgrade when it comes out. Hopefully the new one they sent lasts till then. The product is great except the plastic on cylinder and blades. I hope they tell me when new model is available. Can’t do 5 stars yet but 4 due to their service and response . Thank you to them for being a good company! Card included of warranty on parts!

I’ve had this for less than 1 month and it’s already broken on the main piece that holds the blades and is basically useless now. Up till now it worked great.

I totally love it. Does a fantastic job with all the attachments. Motor strong enough for everything i wanted to do. The best is: so easy to assemble and sooo easy to clean.
