This is hands down the best, most effective natural sleep supplement I've tried. This is something I feel comfortable taking nightly even. Ive already eaten half the tin and I'm ready to get more! The package wasn't kidding- one really is enough, two max. It is relatively fast acting compared to other ones I've tried, I eat one or two about two hours before I want to be asleep and within 45mins I'm yawning, feeling like I'm ready to settle in for bed. First time ever trying lions mane so why not try it out with chocolate. I dont know what i was expecting when taking it at fist i didnt feel different but after a while i felt a wave of energy and focus. Is as of i took a ton of shots of espresso but in a tiny square of chocolate. Really liked how much energy i had specially since being sleep deprived from becoming a mom. No weird aftertaste. Will be buying again.

I'm a chocoholic and would buy this for the taste of the chocolate alone! The fact that it tastes so damn delicious as well as having the beneficial effects is a huge bonus. I bought this product as was having trouble enjoying a good night's sleep due to stress. I definitely felt a sense of ease kick in around 30 mins after having eaten a square and within 1 hour I was sound asleep and didn't wake up until my alarm went off at 7am. I live in NYC so often wake up multiple times a night due to noise outside so an uninterrupted night's sleep is priceless! Wasn’t sure how many squares I was eating…. Because it arrived melted 👎🏼.But…. I really did enjoy them!Would have given a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating if it arrived as a solid instead of a liquid.

Consistently took these until they ran out. Great taste with mild to medium results! Felt sharper within an hour or two and was able to feel a bit less brain fog overall through the timeframe. Would buy again and recommend!
