Delivery and handling of product is really bad. But, a very good product.
Installation timing and quality of service and handling of the packing at the time of delivery are not good. Product seems to work fine even after being mishandled and damaged externally (multiple cosmetic damages behind the product), which technician assured no issues would arise in terms of functionality. Noise level is very low and overall 3 star for the service and product delivery.
