Love this watch. G shock is the greatest watch for work. I don’t have to worry about snacking it off things and it looks great. Well worth the money.

Edit - 9/25/25 - it's $245 now. I paid more for my All Black Rangeman. Now almost $60 cheaper then what I paid. EDIT - this is listed for $258 right now. If you’ve been waiting - ive never seen it that low. I bought this to splurge on something for myself, and I’m really happy with it. My favorite G shock and ive been looking at mudmasters for a while now. It does a whole bunch of things that ill never use, but having the app to change alarms and settings on the watch by using your phone is much easier then not having it.. The step counter is also kinda fun. Its not very heavy either which is really nice. The solid construction and quality of build is very obvious. I like the orange band which i wasnt sure i would. Most of my other watches are all black and the orange color adds some nice detail and makes it stand out. I was originally planning on buying an all black model, but I’m glad i didnt. Ive added a screen protector to mine, which you might notice in the pictures. Yours will not come with that. I work a labor job and I’m not planning on beating the hell out of it, so i do take it off if i know ill be doing something destructive - but it does get bumped every now and then - so if it does get scarred up the bezel is replaceable. I have many G shocks and this is the most expensive one out of them so far. They make plenty of other options if you want something you don’t have to care about. I recommend the square face model if thats what you want. Its a basic watch, easy to read, small, thin, practically weightless and only about $40. This mudmaster is not that. While I’m sure it will hold up to real abuse - i for one dont plan on finding out. I dont wear this everyday since i have others, but so far the screen protector has also held up nicely. That is available on Amazon too. I think i paid $303 for this watch, and now its down to about $280 in the ever changing amazon prices - so keep an eye on the prices if youre not in a rush.

Exactly as expected and even better looking in person

The delivery went off without a hitch! The delivery man was courteous, knocked on the door to alert me that there was a delivery and I appreciated his demenior . He did a good job,The Casio G-Shock is the typical first class product that they all are, I set it to the correct time with the Bluetooth between the watch and the Smart Phone in a few minutes. It's a great time piece, I'll have it forever!

Comfortable to wear. Works in all weather conditions.

Been wearing this beast for a couple weeks now. Here are the things I like so far. Comfort- Casio has a way of making these big watches wear so well, lightweight, as it curves to the top of your wrist so nicely and mold to your arm. Looks- I think a lot of people buy the mudmaster for this reason, this is a bold looking watch that is easy to read. I enjoy the new carbon case design here as well as the dial. The carbon fiber bezel really sets this watch off. Functionality- Having owned a gravitymaster with Bluetooth in the past, the ability to pair via Bluetooth with your phone and set up this watch is a nice feature that I was hoping would come to the lower priced Mudmaster. I love the find your phone feature on this watch! There are however a couple issues with this model that I hope Casio address is in future models. Thermometer- The thermometer works although it takes 30 to 45 minutes off the wrist to get an accurate reading. Mine did need adjusting as it was inaccurate out-of-the-box. Since this watch communicates with the phone to update time and timezone information I don't understand why Casio didn't have the option to bypass the incredibly slow temperature sensor and read the local temperature from your phone and transfer it to the watch. It's almost like Casio was too afraid to make this too much like a smartwatch, but they already have one toe in the pool here, just go all in. I think the user should have the option in the app to bypass the sensors and pull the temp and weather information from a phone. Lack of solar- initially I wasn't going to complain about this because this watch is not competing with the higher-priced G-Shock that has solar power and sapphire glass. I do however believe this would be a nice touch to all the G shock watches once they get up in this price range. Hopefully we'll see it in future models at this price point. Pedometer- personally I have no idea why they threw this feature on here other than for gimmick. I doubt anyone is seriously going to use this much and once again this is something that your phone can do. Why spend the money on an extra sensor and waste space inside the watch when you could just have the watch read that information from your phone. The negative digital display- I really hope they stop doing this on the mud Masters. This is just too hard to read in many lighting conditions.
