Basic 11 Hole HSS Loaded Guitar Strat Pickguard Prewired Pickguard with Alnico 5 Pickup Humbucker for Fender American/Mexican Stratocaster Standard Modern Style Electric Guitar, 3Ply Black

Have a Mexican Strat and was looking to swap pickup. This fit perfectly with no trimming needed for mine. Just need to solder up the jack plug and additional ground. Works good and sounds better than expected for the price. Didn’t even take off strings to do it. Loosened them, was able to slide out old pick guard. I did copper wrap the inside cavities, then put in the new guard. Works great, looks great, sounds great all for under $50.

If your holes don't line up, line up what will, make sure that you don't have any half holes that need filled first, then use a spring loaded center punch to mark the location, right through the hole in the pick guard. then drilled a pilot, and final hole with it installed, the punch keeps the first hole dead center. So don't worry if a few holes don't line up, really not an issue, it's easy. Get decent tools. Don't follow the YouTube guitar tradition of "whatever is around" for tools. If you are doing a project, it's worth doing right. The, I worked with what I have excuse for sloppy work is cringe, just don't.

A few things were good and a few things not so good. The good is, well made pickguard, good sound and it fit nicely into a Squier affinity strat 2014 model. The not so good, wiring, switch and volume and tone potentiometers are no different than the "basic" version of this preloaded pickguard. The only difference is the pickups. The pickguard was a bit "warped" kind of bent. But didn't affect installation. The humbucker slot wasn't routed out very good and was squared not rounded corners like shown in description. On the back side with grounding foil, it was scratched up in many places. I needed to re shield it. Pickups measured different on my multimeter than in description. Bridge- 14.35k Middle=6.35K Neck 6.35K this is not a bad thing though. The packaging that it arrived in was horrible. It was just a flimsy thin cardboard box with a very thin sleeve of bubble wrap. Not very sturdy for an upcharged "Pro" version. The bonus of this preloaded pickguard was all the pickups had plenty of longer wires to re cut and to make a bit cleaner looking for different routing in guitar cavities, again that's a good thing. I give this a 3 out of 5 only because of the bad packaging, the warped pickguard and I had to re shield the back side of this pickguard. I would still recommend this product as I might have recieved a battered product through various mail carriers.

I purchased this to Mod my recently purchased Squier Debut Stratocaster. The fit was a bit snug and one of the screw holes did not line up exactly but aside from that it was an easy install and the sound/tone, etc. is far better than the what came stock on the Strat. Overall a good inexpensive upgrade.

Pickups have a great classic stratocaster sound, but the pickguard did not line up with the neck or screw holes, requiring trimming, couldnt get it to fit so I used an old pickguard, but the sound is great.

This is the first "budget knockoff" pickguard that fits! ALL ELEVEN SCREWS matched the standard Fender/Squier hole positions - I didn't have to move ANY factory holes. They all matched - I have it on a standard MIC Squier SE Strat. I did have to shape the neck heel area, as it hung over too far to put the neck on. This was no big deal, and took a minute with a Dremel. Pots are small import size, but work very smoothly, and are silent. Bottom tone is on the middle pickup like stock Strat wiring, and I will move it to the bridge. Switch is the PCB import style, but is quiet and works well so far. Pickups are decent, with the high point being the bridge humbucker, which is nice and fat. The single coils do the Strat thing and are good, but are nothing super special and won't be confused for brand name aftermarket or USA Fender pickups...but for the price? Great!

This is my second one. The first one I returned because It did not fit my then Indio strat. I got the second one for my Squier Affinity 2021 and it fit like a glove. I also like the look and sound it produces. You cannot go wrong with this pickguard. The only issue I had was the first tone control was not changing the tone on the bridge pickup so I added a small jumper between pin 2 and 3 on the 5 way switch and it did the trick. Very happy with it.

For the price it is very good, the electronics are cheap, but that s what you pay. Pickups are really alnico. I ended up using only the pickups because the pickguard screws alignament doesn’t match the Squier’s one

Product came in a slightly loose packaging, perhaps as the lower price package. Lesser accessories. Looked lower grade as compared to the higher price product from the same brand.

自分のストラトタイプ安ギター(Mad Axe)の再生用に購入。元がシングルコイル×３構成だったので、一番後ろの2個並列ピックアップは当然収まらず、ゴリゴリとボディーを電気ドリル+回転ヤスリ（研削ビット）+フライス盤用ドリルで工作。現物合わせをしたところネックの切り欠きも多少私の安ギターとずれがあり、ネック側も1mm程度調整。また、切り替えレバー付近、ボリュームコイル付近もボディの掘りが足りず追加で削った。ピッチ幅は10.5ｍｍで、サウンド自体は値段を考えれば特に不満は無いレベル。ストラトタイプと一口に言っても、ボディを削る必要があったり、ねじ穴の位置が違ったりして簡単交換といかなかった。そういう意味で一体型も善し悪しだなと実感。ただ、これは自分のギターが無調整で使えなかっただけなので、このお値段でガリの来たギターの配線系をワンタッチ交換できるなら非常にお手軽でいい製品だと思う。

J'ai remplacé le pickgard blanc SSS de ma Squier Strat par celui-ci, un HSS noir. Je préfère vraiment ce look, le noir s'harmonise avec le contour de la guitare. Le travail ? 3 soudures et un ajustement de la découpe autour du manche pour que le positionnement des trous coïncident. Comme beaucoup de personnes (peut-être...) j'ai découvert la guitare pendant le confinement,mon expérience est donc limitée mais la qualité des micros ne semble pas inférieure à ceux d'origine et je peux ainsi tester un humbucker.

This was a good upgrade and easy to install. I've been playing with this for a little while now and the noiseless pick ups are working a treat.

Was unsure if this would be good. For the price, they are awesome. The neck pickup is warm and bassy, surprising for a single coil. The bridge humbucker has good attack. Turned my thin and weak stratocaster into a sludge monster. Holes lined up on my squier body. Pickups are the biggest factor on how a guitar sounds, and these improved the sound for me. That's what matters.
