Brilliant very easy to put together and great storage
Great shelving unit easy to put together. Very strong and sturdy. I managed to make it on my own without any problems. Quick tip. Bend the bottom lug of the shelving with pilers. That's it. I'm definitely going to buy more for garage. Vaule for money and great storage.

Great shelving
Wanted some shelving to sort out the mess in my shed. The shelving goes together relatively easily and its quite strong once its made up I also bolted the sections together and screwed them to the wall of the shed which helps the stability and strength. Its really improved the appearance of my shed, helped organise the stuff and actually maximised the available wall space

Sturdy, good VFm, but poor rubber hammer supplied
Four stars because the rubber hammer is not fit for purpose! The head flew off while tapping in the struts on the third racking. The good points: 1 it is sturdy when put together! 2 using a flat head screwdriver to very slightly bend out the lugs meant that they lined up first time to the slots, making it easier to fit in. 3 as the lugs into the slots are tight, this makes the frame hold together, so it is not loose or bendy. 4 the circular holes in the frame are place to make it easy to mark the wall for drilling holes to screw the frame to the wall. 5 I feel this is value for money for sets of frames which can be set up as 180cm high, or split into two 900 cm high, which is very handy. Would I buy again? Yes, as the frame is sturdy. What would I change? I would cut up some 12mm osb 3 board as replacement shelves for better support and more importantly because MDF board will swell when any moisture is in the ir, especially in shed like mine. I bought the 30cm width to fit the space

Good quality, VFM Shelving / Racking.
I have bought this type of racking on AMAZON before, but as the original supplier ceased trading I searched for an alternative and found Racking Solutions. Basically their specification was good [Frame Size = 1800 x 450 x 900; MDF Shelf Thickness = 7mm, Frame Thickness = 1.2mm]. I know I am very fussy, but with assembled items like this attention to detail pays off. TIPS: 1. Check out the Racking Solutions 'How to ... ' video on YouTube. Pay particular attention to how the components slot together. The principle is simple ... the actual assembly , not so much. 2. The rubber mallet included is useless. It is too small and the one I received had a head that was not securely fixed to the shaft. No matter I had the one I received form the previous supplier. 3. Check all items are in the box and are correct. Mine were all fine. 4. Take your time, and study the instructions well. One person can assemble the unit but two would probably make things easier. 5. I would strongly recommend the tab & slot system (as per this unit) as it makes the assembly more secure than other alternatives. However, care must be taken to locate the tabs in the slots and frankly you will have glitches 25% of the time. Keep a small flat blade screwdriver handy, and a couple of pliers - long nosed and standard. Use a wooden block between the frame component and the hammer to minimise frame damage. Sometimes one of the tabs will not locate easily, so make minor/minimal adjustments. Once located in the slot tap the frame component into place slowly and carefully as it is all too easy to locate the tab into the slot only to have it then protrude through the back of the slot on the outside of the frame. Only patience and persistence in making adjustments will sort this. I am happy to recommend this item as it is good VFM. To date I have assembled 2 of the 3 items I purchased and all seems fine. I intend to fix the units to the walls of my shed, but this should only take a small screw to prevent the unit toppling over. ('belt & braces' logic). RECOMENDED P.S. When constructing the third shelving unit today I made a point of placing a flat plank of wood on the floor under any frame components to be installed / assembled. Whilst not foolproof this seems to guarantee a 'first time fit' in most instances with only the occasional need to manoeuvre the tabs into the slots.

Does the job perfectly
I love these. They are easy to assemble and very strong. I use them in the utility room for heavy items such as multipacks of spring water, crates of cat food, kitchen appliances etc. They do a brilliant job.
