I received the Cordless drill, and unfortunately one battery was missing. I called their toll free number around 5:30 PM, and since it was after hours no one picked up. I wrote an email about the situation, and in about 15 minutes I got a reply back for my address and phone number to send me a new battery. The next day I also received a call from them to make sure my issue has been resolved. They shipped the battery next day and provided me with the tracking number. Their customer service is top notch. The cordless drill/screwdriver is also working fine without any issues. I highly recommend this vendor and their products.

Great for using around the house. The drill bits that come with it are absolute trash. And the drill bit doesn't lock into place like on my previous drill. Otherwise it seems to do fine.

I bought a Kimo Impact Wrench a few Years back for taking Blades on and off of my Mower easier and not that I use it for much other than for that but the Battery has not yet had to be charged and the Quality is great! You also get a lot of Accessories with Kimo Tools so between the Quality and the Accessories like two Batteries that's why I ended up buying a Drill from Kimo to replace my old 18V DeWalt Drill with an older type Battery that doesn't hold a charge long and takes forever to charge. The Lithium Batteries are definitely a lot better and they last Months or even Years on a charge when they aren't being used. I got this Drill on Sale but even at $50.00 or a bit more with all that you get with it and the Quality you get from their Tools they are definitely worth it! I highly recommend Kimo Tools if you are on a Budget or if you just don't wanna spend a lot of money on Tools.
