You should definitely go for it. It is perfect for beginners. I am going to post a detailed pro-con style analysis of the flute in terms of build quality, sound richness, and other features. Pros- 1. Sturdy build. 2. High quality material used. 3. Nice finish. 4. Silvers threaded bands which look very pretty. 5. Well tuned. 6. Holes are smallers in size. This makes it easier to play. Cons- 1. There are some imperfections in the flute. But that is acceptable because you just cannot make a perfect cylindrical shape from a bamboo which is naturally shaped. None other I could find. You should definitely buy it. I

I bought this flute 4 months before. The flute I got is not G scale, though it's printed as G scale on flute. To produce g scale, flute should be 25 inches of length. Its just 19 inches. Its c# scale and it was not tuned very well. But for 140 rs this flute is more than good. Sound is nice. Playing is also easy for beginners. The 6th hole is close to 5th one that makes easy to play for beginners. But if u r already played some other big flutes this may be a problem. If u want to play some flute, if u want to try flute and wont able to spend much, go for this. This is good enough. This is good to begin playing flute. Getting the sound from this flute is very easy for beginners. For other big flutes, getting the sound itself is a big issue. If you plan to learn flute for long term, buy professional flute from good flute maker
