This cupping set is of very high quality, with hydraulic type pump. Has instruction manual in English. Shipping took a bit of time since it's an import from USA, but it's worth waiting.

Have only had it a few days. Quality seems fine. Build of all the pieces is uniform and precise. Looks like it will last for years if the internals wear well. Overall a nice kit that includes three sizes of cups and vacuum creator device, an extension cable to assist in self-application, and magnetic tipped posts that easily slid onto a base at the top of the cup on the inside (when your skin is sucked up into the cup, it presses gently into the magnetic tip). The cups have a nice smooth lip and even with moderate amounts of hair stay attached nicely. The carrying case is not an afterthought, but a well thought out case for easy storage and travel. My acupuncturist got me using these and they seem to work well, the primary underlying principle of bringing blood on demand to where you want it which promotes healing, and when used in conjunction with energy meridian switching is an even more effective healing modality. The suction-creator tool looks identical to what my acupuncturist uses. a high quality plastic exterior and trigger mechanism (haven't looked inside). Personally I feel quite scared of the scam of institutionalized health maintenance (health care, if it could ever again possibly be called that n the US) and looking for effective methods of health maintenance and healing on demand, and this device is a natural fit. The instructions are minimal, but don't need to be more, this is the tool rather than the overall theory and practice of cupping. Seek out appropriate materials for information on where, when and how to apply.

Have been using these cups for over 3 months and they have been effective at easing my adhesions in the worst places. They took a few tumbles to the ground when they released fascia in certain places but they still keep going! As a student massage therapist, this has been great for taking care of most of my sore shoulder and leg woes along with hypertonicity from my hyperlordosis. Make sure to use oil or a body lubricant or the cups don't stay as nicely.
