Hello The 30 capsule bottle of Ta65 is 3 Mg or 100 units, the 90 capsule bottles of Ta65 are 8 mg or 250 units per capsule. Thank you for asking, always happy to help.

There is a HUGE difference. I noticed nothing on the 100, but after taking the 200 for a couple of weeks, I noticed much more energy.

Yes, I have had excellent results taking 4 caps per day for 6mos . My average telomere lenghth from Spectacell labs testing increased from 5.6 to 6.6 kb. I am now taking Telostep capsules, one per day for long term maintenance. Telostep is much less expensive than TA65.
