pleased with the service & delivery time
pleased with the service & delivery time, would have liked it to cut 2 or3mm lowereasy to use & start. had to go & buy engine oil with this mower as none provide by webb's.I believe some webb mowers come with a small can of oil.

Useless collector but generally reasonable
The mower is ok overall for a low-price mower. It cuts grass and does a decent job of that. The main issue is that the collector is mainly ornamental. It looks usefully large but grass will spill over the front and leave piles of cuttings once the collector is around 15% full. In the summer, my weekly cut of my 50' garden allows me one there-and-back run before I have to empty, so I probably spend more time emptying than I do cutting. It's frustrating as the box will still be almost empty but it'll be overflowing nonetheless.Minimum cutting height is 25mm which is not unusual but isn't short enough for me, but it's possible to use a kind of 'half' setting by sticking the height adjustment handle underneath the provided notches where it stays fairly happily, and so gives you an extra-low setting. It's pretty slow but self-propels well enough so you just settle into a slow walk.Reliability has been moderate. Had now for 4 years and get it serviced every year. The odd cable has snapped and needed repairing, the last time meaning that it couldn't be stopped from driving! The deck is solid enough but the handles and cables are all a little flimsy. It has a mulching plug which does a reasonable job of mulching and spreading the cuttings. Don't expect a pro-level golf course cut - you'll definitely have piles of cuttings everywhere if you try leaving it for, say, 2 weeks in the summer, but if you keep the lawn short and do it weekly then it's passable. I use this option for bits of my garden that are less visible but keep to bagging up for the main garden.I'm thinking of buying a bigger, more expensive mower - looking for better grass collection, wider cut, faster, and 'proper' mulching. But I may still keep this one (space allowing) to use on my smaller front garden. I don't suppose it's worth much second hand.

Three Stars
Feel I am pushing it as the factory set speed is to slow for getting on with the job
