Quick/simple install - easily connected hub to WiFi and synced up sensors. Each leak sensor tripped and alerted nearly instantly when tested. Free app is very intuitive and offers many convenient features (i.e. easily rename sensors, multiple options for alert preferences, displays battery life, view alarm history). Will definitely be looking into other home monitoring options that they offer.

Here is why this kit deserves a full 5 stars: LoRa Long-Range Technology is a Game Changer: This is the main selling point. Unlike standard smart home devices that struggle to stay connected in my basement or utility closet, the LoRa (Long Range) tech punches through walls and concrete with zero issues. I have one sensor in a detached garage about 100 feet from the house, and it has full signal strength. Ridiculously Easy Setup: I am not a super technical person, but I had the Hub and all 4 sensors up and running in under 15 minutes. You just scan the QR code in the app, and it connects instantly. No fiddling with complicated Wi-Fi passwords for each individual sensor. Silent but Deadly Accurate: Note that these are the "Silent" version of Sensor 1. They don't scream at you with an onboard siren, which I actually prefer because I have pets that would be terrified by a loud alarm. This YoLink leak detection system has been reliable so far. The sensors are easy to set up, the battery life is excellent, and the app notifications work instantly. I also appreciate that it works with Alexa and other smart home platforms. It gives me real peace of mind knowing I'll be alerted if a leak happens, especially in my basement and laundry room. The only problem is that the hub needs to be connected via Ethernet, which limited where I could place it in my home.

Best leak sensor product ever! 👏👏👏 Received the set ontime, installation and setup was very easy, the hub connect to home WiFi quickly, sensors work perfectly. Tested water leak and the response was within 2-3 seconds. You get both SMS message and email notifications. I have several RING and Arlo cameras, none report Internet outage. But YoLink reports immediately of WiFi disconnections. Worth every penny!

i have 8 of these spread through the house. water heaters, bathrooms, washer pans, AC pans, etc. they work great and are great peace of mind. oldest ones i've had are over two years and battery's still show strong. really quick and easy setup. I like that you don't even need a hub to connect them. also very impressed with how quick they alert. within a second or two of detection i'll get a push notification, text, and an email, pretty much simultaneously. luckily i haven't needed them for antyhing major yet, but they have helped alert me to minor leaks that could have definitely been more trouble than they were if i had gone a while not knowing about them. cheap insurance. get a bunch. toss em everywhere.

Very simple product to install, great features (such as SMS notifications), works as intended. Ordered a second set as price and functionalities made it the right choice. Detected and alerted of a leak after plumber improperly tightened a P-trap under kitchen sink.

1. The product description states "effortless installation" - placing the units is easy - but configuring the software installation is not. If you are at all phased by IT connectivity - try another system that is more easily installed. 2. This was delivered to the UK from the USA - so it came with a USA 2 pin plug.

I just bought them the hub with 4 sensors and an extra 3 without the hub. They are all connected I used Ethernet connection to wifi on second floor. Hub covers right to main floor and furnace room and main shutoff in basement. I cannot say how long the battery lasts as just purchased. My friend had one and he to,d me 3 years and still hasn't changed battery. No false alarms so far. I'm happy with product. Seems made of good quality.

This is a really good, easy to use system that work terrific. I have them in my home and cabin, both for water leak detection and they have saved me twice from a water leak doing major damage. Besides the leak detection I have a water temperature monitor on my hot tub and a water depth finder at my cabins fresh water tank. I have never had any issues till recently the hub stopped working and was replaced on warranty. Thanks again.
