Exactly What I Wanted
Easy to set up once I realized the remote needed a battery. Wasn’t mentioned in the instructions. I’m 5’9” and the stride length is great!

DOES NOT COME WITH BATTERY FOR REMOTE
The treadmill is effectively useless without the remote. To my surprise, not only does the remote not come with a battery, but there are NO instructions on what type of battery to put in. Through trial and error, I’ve found it needs two CR2016 flat batteries stacked on each other.Without batteries, .6 mph is the only speed I can get going on the free-mode walk option within the app. They could’ve easily added a remote function within the app to adjust the speed, they did not, which is foolish. Also, even in free mode on the app if I exit the app to check a text message or something, the treadmill stops, so you absolutely need the remote if you want to have any type of legitimate workout! I am in disbelief that for the price of this item they could not include a battery so that the item is functional out of the box. There are other issues which folks have already mentioned in their review, including that the weight limit is 220 pounds according to the manual, which is much less than what is advertised on this listing. I’m not affected by this, but I feel it is an important detail to get right online before people purchase it. This listing is misleading in current state.I’ve included pictures. The Styrofoam included in the box to protect the treadmill got stuck on the belt, I was able to wipe it off using a slightly damp cloth, but there is still some discoloration. If you’re interested in a discolored product that whines during use, that can only be used through an app at .6 mph and doing research to locate the type of battery needed for the remote - this is the product for you.

Very quiet, easy set up
I love this product my number one love for it is how quiet it is compared to most treadmills or walking pads that I’ve had in the past. I live in a two family home, and I was very concerned about the noise level because I have a neighbor. Though when I started using it, she never complained. I asked her one day did she ever hear me walking on it early morning (we live in an old house where the walls aren’t very thick) and her reply was “NO, what are you talking about.” With her response as far as noise I rate it as an A+.I would say, it’s easy to use so much so that my 11-year-old son uses it and he’s never had a problem taking it from where I store it (in the coat closet) setting it up. He plugs it in and there’s a red button on the front you switch on easy set up. He also puts it away easily the wheels on the front make for easy gliding on my hardwood floors without them getting scratched or damaged. The fact that the machine is also lightweight compared to most helps.I would say this is a great buy the machine is very sturdy and well-made. I’ve had it for about two months now and have had no problems with the pad sticking or moving slower (like the last walking pad I owned). I really feel like I have gotten my moneys worth out of this product and it hasn’t even been six months time i’ve been using it. I walk on it six days a week. I hope you love this product as much as I do.

Thought I bought a great walking pad
When I opened my box there was not a battery or a wrist strap. Once I started using it, the digital screen is going out. Now the pad is stalling. I made sure it was oiled and tightened up the belt as suggested. I notified custom service and was asked if water was spilled on the pad. No, the item is defective. I have not heard back from the company to make this right. I contacted Amazon and they advised since I made a report with the company, they will refund me my money. I am sending this one back. This walking pad isn’t even available to reorder of if I wanted to replace it.

Instructions are not clear
I plugged it in and attempted to pair the remote as per instructions. It did not start. I then scanned the QR code, downloaded the app and the options were to pay annually or monthly but I found a free workout in the app I paired it to bluetooth and then the treadmill started to run! Well nowhere in the instructions did it say that you must scan QR code, download app and pair it in order for it to work. The instructions simply said plug it in and pair the remote. They clearly need to change the instructions. Well, now it works … I was about to return it

Does not work
I just got this and was excited to use, but the remote did not come with batteries. Should it have? The manual/directions also do not mention what type of battery is needed at all. It seems like a good walking pad but now I need to wait to purchase the battery needed to operate. Just a little disappointed so far

Great product, great price
The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what I needed. It's low profile, not super loud, goes as fast as I need it to. I haven't used the incline, but seems easy enough to switch out. I have gestational diabetes and it's winter in Wisconsin, so I wanted an easy way to do a 10-minute walk after meals without taking 5 minutes just to get all my gear on. It's so nice being able to get a quick walk in when it's cold out. Would highly recommend! It's pretty good quality and the price is great compared to others.

No battery, no directiins on what battery to buy. No customer service!
Zero stars! No battery in the remote, no mention in the manual of what battery to buy. And I can't figurecout how to open this cheap battery compartment to even put a battery in! The customer service phone number on their website is OUT OF SERVICE! Why is this company allowed to sell on Amazon? This treadmill only works with a remote and it is non-functioning. No instructions! Unbelievable.
