Awesome laptop so fast and responsive and Powerful!

I upgraded 64 MB of RAM and 2 TB hard drive because I want to play around with some AI platforms. So far it excels at every task without so much as a hiccup. It's like putting a Porsche engine into a Volkswagen. It doesn't look like much, but when you give it the gas, hold on! Ergonomically, it has the feel of everything being in the right place. Love having the number keypad on the right side as well as across the top for easy access. I also like the anti-glare screen. It's not a touch screen, but I don't need that and it just adds to the cost of a laptop. It's everything I need and none of what I don't need. Get the office/business version for better performance and less bloatware. Pay the extra. You'll be glad you did.

I was a little leery of buying a laptop > $1000 from an Amazon vendor, but my experience has been perfect thus far. It arrived excellently packed - exactly as OEM would ship in OEM container in perfect condition. Configured exactly as I spec'ed. Lenovo laptops are very robust, keyboard feels great and is silent, fan is quiet, even when machine is worked hard. I bought an intel Ultra 7 with 32 gig memory and it is screaming fast. Hinge feels robust. Screen lays flat 180 degrees if that is important to you. Camera is better than my last laptop and has a privacy slider cover. The only negative I have found is the built-in speakers sound a bit tinny but you can use bluetooth earbuds. I can recommend this vendor. I did not have any reason to call for tech support, so I can't speak to that. Unrelated to this vendor, be advised that Windows 11 setup is fairly tedious, and think very carefully about what Microsoft Account you want to associate with a new machine, if you don't want new machine to be linked to other machines you own, then choose a NEW MS account for the new machine, otherwise it will share OneDrive, Photos, etc with your other machines on that account. It seems virtually impossible to setup a new Windows 11 machine with a 'local account only' these days.

After getting it set up, I love it!

This is not a game machine. It is in my opinion a functional high end business machine. It does have graphics capabilities though, however l am not a gamer. It is good value for listed specs. Sound is decent and backlit keyboard is nice. I very much like this machine and recommend highly for its 64gb ram and 4TB storage. The Ultra 7 cpu is pretty good too.

Power cord and adaptor initially didn't work together. I had an issue with charging. Also. how do I obtain license information for pre- installed windows 11. There was not much info with the product.

Don't buy here. The warranty will be void. This Lenovo was modified through Amazon by a service not authorized by Lenovo and voided the warranty.
