I purchased this laptop on 2/17 and received it on 2/19, earlier than they said it would. I started setting it up on Saturday and there was an issue with my Windows 11 activating. I contacted Amazon and they said that I had to contact Microsoft to get it resolved They were closed so I had to wait until Monday to contact them for them to tell me that I had to contact the actual seller of the laptop. I contacted Amazon again and asked them to start a message to the seller (later found out that I can contact the seller myself). Sent the message to seller and that same day they got back to me to do some troubleshooting. I did the troubleshooting and let them know that it did not work, Then they sent me a new key for Windows 11 and everything is perfect now. I have it all set up so it is ready for my business trip. Even with the issue with the Windows 11 still going on, Monday I ordered a 2nd one for my business partner, which will be here tomorrow.Now this one is all set up and I am using it and I love it.Thank you Carrie from PCOnline Customer Service Department. The media could not be loaded. I got this as a gift for my husband, he has been wanting a laptop in the longest while. Surprised him! The set up was easy, because Windows 11 was already installed. It only needed updating. It has the ability to play games and is very equipped to do so. Processor is very fast and huge capacity for storage. Very light weight makes moving from place to place easier. I gave a 4 star because the speaker doesnt have the best sound quality it could have been alot better, but other from that it runs smooth and for the price it was a good buy.

It's a great laptop.

First and foremost, this is designed to be a budget friendly laptop. It is one of the lowest-cost 17in laptops I have ever seen, but it is definitely NOT built for performance. The Intel N100 processor runs at a base speed of 700MHz, with the ability to do short turbo boosts up to 3.4GHz when needed, but it is still rated as a 6 watt processor. The amount of RAM and included 1TB SSD does make the overall price of this machine incredibly low, all things considered.This low-end CPU does mean, though, that this machine has absolutely incredible battery life, certainly the best I've ever experienced on a 17 inch display.The rubber bumper/lift on the bottom is kind of nice from a usability standpoint to give the keyboard a little bit of tilt when using the computer, but it can make the machine more awkward to slip into some laptop bags, particularly if they are the slide-in sleeve type.The touch pad is acceptable, but it certainly uses the annoying trend of not having actual buttons to click.The keyboard, though, is really the failure point that makes this machine unfit for use by power users that understand that keyboard input is always the fastest way to get things done. As many other modern keyboards do, this keyboard integrates a number of media functions, the brightness controls, etc., onto the same keys used for the F1-F12 keys. However, it is the MEDIA functions of the keys that are active by default, requiring holding down the "Fn" toggle key to be able to use the F1-F12 key functions. I have seen this be the default behavior on other keyboards in the past, but in those cases, there was always a function to make a permanent toggle to the default to make the F keys the main function, and require the "Fn" key to be held to use the media functions. This keyboard HAS NO SUCH TOGGLE on it. I have even communicated with the manufacturer asking how to do this, and the response is that on this model laptop, you CANNOT modify this keyboard behavior. As a power user who will use keyboard shortcuts all day long, like ALT+F4 to close programs, this is absolutely inexcusable design.

Outstanding! Wonderful! Honestly, a terrific PC.This little computer is outstanding. It is the real deal. I've run it hard through the paces and haven't had ANY problems at all. It just chugs along and grinds through whatever I throw at it.To be fair, it is not made to be a gaming computer. But it does a good job of it. I haven't found any games that causes it any grief. I've installed MS Office and AutoCAD, as well as other apps such as Amazon Video and Netflix. I have this connected to a large LCD television and a 24" monitor and stream hi-res video every evening. It does it quickly and stays connected wirelessly to my mesh network. I've run all of the Office apps without any issues at all -- even PowerPoint. I've also done a lot of work with AutoCAD. Mainly, I wanted to see how it would handle all the number crunching required to keep the files straight and working as they should. It does it without complaining. Even rendering 3D is impressive.I just can't get over how well this computer operates and thin/light it is. It's quiet and unobtrusive. A real marvel. An amazing machine. An unbelievable value!
