Very good speaker in this price range
Good quality of make. The overall looks are good. Multiple connectivity options. Quick to connect and disconnect. Only thing average about it is the sound quality, but given the price range I’d say it’s really fine just needed to tune up the equaliser from my device.

Defective product and extremely poor warranty service
The product sounds super on purchase, but within 15 days no sound at all or inbetween breaking sound is coming. The product is cab be hand hold and so the Amazon logo will get erased in less than ten days. On warranty claim they insist the logo shoud be shown in video showing what is the error. Isn't it enough to see the amazon logo in back side to see the product is genuine and invoice also supports the same. But they just want to close the ticked by siting logo not available. So basically they don't want to accept the product is defective and don't want to give any refund.. Extremely poor service. To whom to escalate to get the issue resolved...?? Is there anyone responsible for this cheating undergoing in Amazon brand name?

Product is good but packaging is wrost.
Product is good as per price but packaging is worst. Wrost packaging ever getting from Amazon. Anyone can open and exchange good product from defective product. Not expected from Amazon this kind of packaging. For product 5 star but for packaging -100.
