This review is for the L'ANZA Healing Strength Trio Hair Kit. All three have a light scent - not overly perfumy and powerful at all. The shampoo has a white tea type smell, the conditioner I feel has a little more of an almond undertone and the serum smells a lot like the shampoo.You don't need much to get a good lather - I use about a nickel size amount for my longer, fine hair. It doesn't strip your hair like drugstore shampoos do. So if you're used to the squeaky clean feeling you get from drugstore brands, you're not getting it with this shampoo. Sometimes I do a double wash if my hair is feeling particularly greasy. Conditioner and Serum I use a little less since I have really fine hair and too much products tend to weigh it down and leave it greasy by the end of the day. So far, been using this every other day with my regular shampoo/conditioner and my hair isn't super greasy or weighed down by the end of the day (I don't use any other products).Due to the high pricepoint (around $70 at the time of this review) it's probably not a product I'll be using everyday - that way I can stretch it out a little longer. Overall a good product, just wish the pricepoint wasn't so high. You only get around 10oz of Shampoo and 8.5oz of conditioner, so kinda pricey IMHO. I've tried other salon quality products that cost slightly less and do just as well.

I'll be honest, I was expecting more from something at this price point. Note #1, the smell. I could not get over the smell of this shampoo/conditioner. There was just something that seemed off about it, not disgusting, but just mildly offputting.The shampoo left my hair feeling stripped of moisture, and the conditioner doesn't seem to help amend that. For something that is advertised as "for Dry, Damaged Hair", it seems to do the opposite of help. I will say the serum has a pleasant sweet smell, and it works wonderfully into the hair (wet or dry).For me personally, I have been using Japanese drugstore shampoos for the last couple of years, and they work great for me. Maybe it's my hair type (Asian, medium thickness, straight hair), but it just didn't work for me.

Very nice scent. Hydrates the hair after just the first use. Leaves a nice scent in the hair.

This shampoo does an amazing job tackling my 4- or 5-day oily hair. I try really hard to keep my hair healthy by only washing twice a week. With some other shampoos, I have to wash twice to get it clean, but this requires only one wash and gets my hair perfectly clean. My hair looks super shiny.I do have hair loss, though, which is likely due to menopause. The L'Anza hair trio works fantastic to keep my hair looking good. The shampoo smells wonderful and light, not overpowering. I don't like to smell my shampoo all day, and this meets my needs. The conditioner is really thick but is still easy to distribute throughout my hair, but I don't use it near my scalp to avoid any excess oil. The silk serum is nice, but I don't use it often (I reserve it for when I'm going out).This is an expensive set, no doubt. Worth it? Just really depends on your budget. It's better than most shampoos and conditioners I have.

I really like this shampoo and conditioner set. They both smell wonderful to me and they really seem to be of high quality because my hair comes out feeling smooth and less frizzy and just overall better.

Ordered this Healing Strength Trio Hair Kit for my wife and myself, and we’re both really liking it so far.The shampoo has a light, refreshing scent and works really well for both of us. It lathers nicely and leaves our hair feeling clean without feeling dry.The conditioner is moisturizing but not heavy. It leaves our hair soft and smooth, without weighing it down. noticed that our hair looked healthier after using it.This serum has been great for smoothing down frizz and adding shine. A little goes a long way, and it doesn’t make the hair greasy just healthy and shiny.The price is a little high, but since you only need to use a small amount, it lasts a long time. The ingredients are top-notch, and I love that it’s free from harsh chemicals. Overall, we’re both happy with this kit. It’s been a great addition to our routine, and we’re already seeing some nice improvements in the feel and look of our hair. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an effective hair care set.
