55" Class 4K (2160P) LED TV (ULD55SU4KC)

Picture quality is great when watching movies or playing games, not so great when connected to a PC (jagged text mostly, but some things become washed-out). Sound quality is great. Much better than my previous TV. Arrived with dead pixel which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Also, one strange quirk. When I turned it on the first time and let it scan for channels, everything on the 'HUD" like menus and the volume/channel windows were seriously glitched out... To the point where it was impossible to read. But I unplugged it and plugged it back in and everything's been perfect since.

Great big TV for a small price. Picture is great, although there is one stuck pixel. No one else in the house noticed it. The sound is good, nice and loud. Lots of ports. Light weight for such a large set. Mounted above fireplace with no stud mount. Would definitely buy again

I bought this TV because of the low price. The picture qulaity is pretty good, sound is fairly poor quality so I bought a sound bar to help that. Main problem is that it locks up like a computer - randomly, sometimes once a day, sometimes only once in a month or so, and has to be unplugged from the outlet and plugged back in because when it locks up neither the remote nor the buttons on the TV respond at all. Kind of wish I had spent more moeny on a higher quality brand. Update: Reduced to one star because it died, used it for 22 months only.....

Product is not tested came to me with very ugly discoloration on about 20% of screen got refund but that will be 5 days will order a new one if it's still bad will update to 1 if the second one I get is bad it's gets a 1 can't believe I can't catch a break she almost had me take it to a ups like just assumes I have a truck and a ups in my town got pick up at door tho

Considering the price of this tv, there's not much to whine about. Picture isn't Sony quality, but it's still very good looking(and 1/3rd the price). The sound takes a little bit of fiddling with, but is great once you get it where you want. The speakers definitely perform well for it's price. Looks great for gaming and movies. Great hook up options. 4 HDMI connections is hard to find in a sub $500 tv. Now, a few small complaints. The packing was great, no concerns about it breaking in transit. But instead of static tape around the edge of the tv, it was clear packing tape. After slowly removing it, I was able to unclench my cheeks. No problems after, but that could be been very bad. After 20 mins of trying to get the tv to work with xfinity x1 system, I gave up. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying. Overall though I would recommend this tv if you need a cheap tv. It's big, 4k, and sounds good.

Great picture and excellent sound! I use my FireStick with it, and the picture is great and suddenly it is a smart TV!

Great picture, sound, and value but I'm having issues with turning it on after it automatically shuts off I have to unplug the TV and plug it back in every time it shuts off its been doing this everyday now for a week otherwise when it turns on the display and everything else looks good

Bought this TV for the guest bedroom to connect an Xbox One for streaming and gaming. Wanted something basic (no smart TV apps or any of that junk). The speakers are very loud and strong for built-in TV audio, and sound clarity is above average. Obviously not home theater quality but definitely good enough for a small bedroom with no external speakers. Picture quality is acceptable, no real complaints. Overall I am very pleased with this TV so far. Bought it expecting 3-star quality, but it exceeded that.
