Apple 2017 iPad (9.7-inch, WiFi + Cellular, 32GB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

I received my refurbished iPad and it truly looks and feels like new. The device arrived in perfect condition, with no visible wear, and it works flawlessly. Performance is smooth, battery life is strong, and all features function exactly as expected. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality and value. This iPad was in amazing condition and looked better than expected. Packaging was well done and was very secure when I received it. Battery life was great and kept charge really well. Battery loss when the screen was not in use was minimal. Overall better experience than I expected. Worked right out of the box and had all the specs you expected. I did end of returning the iPad after a few weeks because I ran across a few apps that would not run with the older iOS. If it wasn't for this issue I would have kept it. Unfortunately I only got the iPad to run the specific apps and everyone online said that this iPad was compatible, but compatible and runs smoothly I guess are two different things. I have to buy a new iPad, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again. Now if you are looking for an iPad for recreational use: online browsing, some free games, watching streaming videos this would have been perfect. Buying this used iPad for a child would be a great investment. It would last them awhile and if they break it, then its not as much money/

I must start with I am a droid fan but have much music on my "2010 iPod" which is still working ... HOWEVER ... as of this year, my iPod can no longer connect to the itune server - I guess it is too old ... SUCH AN APPLE MOVE!!! ALWAYS FORCING YOUR HAND AS THEY CONTROL EVERYTHING "YOU" BUY!! As such I decided to purchase an used old "iPad" because I ONLY want to continue managing my current music playlist with Apple ... NOTHING ELSE!!! Writing this review to share good experiences with USED product. The item was listed as "excellent" condition but I rate it as "very good used condition": 1. Functioning great but took 4.5 hours to fully charge (could be a bad sign but only time will tell). 2. There are several noticeable scratches and a couple deep scuff marks on the back of the tablet but still acceptable for a "very good used" item but definitely enough to take it out of an 'excellent' category. Overall, for the 'just over $100' price, I'm happy with the purchase and hope it last as long as my "2010 iPod Touch 4th Generation 6GB" has (LOL). As I mentioned previously, my iPod is still functioning but can no longer connect to iTunes - so sad but, at least I can still listen to my old downloaded playlist!! 😊 Unfortunately I had to recreate all my iPod playlist because only 'the "songs" purchased' appeared on my iTunes account once I setup the iPad.

Had a few issues setting up but I just reset it and it worked fine the kids love it !!! I will be ordering one more for my toddler and me to share great price and good quality came with brand new chargers .

This was so easy to pair with my phone and get started. FaceTime and messages working well, just like my iPhone would. No scratches or imperfections, battery is lasting, touch screen is working perfectly. Volume as well. I really can’t find anything wrong with it. For this price, it’s a steal for what I needed it for! Highly recommend!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IPAD UNLESS YOU DO NOT INTEND ON USING IMESSAGE OR FACETIME. I purchased this 9.7 inch 5th generation iPad for my son’s Christmas gift. I received my package on time, which I was eager to get it set up and wrapped for Christmas! Luckily, I had not procrastinated and had time to get it together. I was able to set the iPad up quickly with ease until I approached iMessage and FaceTime. iMessage and FaceTime both continued to display an activation error. I contacted Apple support to correct the issue. Apple stated my account (that I just made only an hour before) had been blocked for spam and to submit a request to have it unblocked. I followed the directions and waited 24 hours as directed. Apple never reached back out to me so I contacted them again, same outcome. I decided to create yet another new Apple account thinking it couldn’t be blocked for spam as it was brand new. Yet again, it was also blocked for spam and unable to activate iMessage or FaceTime. I reached out to customer service yet again. Followed the directions for a third time. This time I was given a reference number and instructed to contact them again if I did not hear back. Of course as fate would have it, I did not hear back so I contacted them as instructed. This time I was able to get a senior tech on the phone. The senior tech and I decided we would trouble shoot by creating another new Apple account (this was my 3rd one) on my MacBook to determine if it was the iPad or the Apple account that was causing the problem. The account activated perfectly on my MacBook so it was time to test the iPad. I logged in as I had before and unfortunately the iMessage and FaceTime still could not be activated. Apple support then informed me that the iPad operational system was outdated and could not support iMessage and FaceTime as it was too old. I then submitted for return as the iPad did not work to its full ability. I received my mailing label and dropped it off at the UPS

Great quality! My daughter couldn't tell it was renewed. She knew it wasn't the latest model cause of the other ones they had, but were still happy to get a new iPad after she broke her last one.

I was hesitant about purchasing a refurbished product. Not anymore. These are great units and a fantastic price. I bought the extended warranty just in case but these are perfect for my tweens.

Finally bought an iPad after being a Windows user for many years. Decided to stick my toe in the water by buying used thru Amazon Warehouse Deals.. Found a 5th gen iPad at just over$200 in excellent condition. Could not be happier with this purchase. The device is just amazing in my opinion. It seems like new with very long battery life and fast, amazing performance. At this point I’m an Apple convert. Love it!

The iPad is working very well and hold a charge well. in all, a great purchase no need to buy new it does the same great job as a new iPad - good price, fast delivery and like new!
