Petron 55lb Stealth Adult Compound Bow kit with Arrows & Release Aid

3 reasons why it was 4 and not 5 stars..... 1) picture is misleading as it doesn't come with an arm guard....... 2) the instructions were of little help, this is my first bow and had to make guess work on setup......... 3) the arrow rest was not the same as shows on the box and its not very secure on holding the arrow and does not leave fluid release of the arrow as it gets caught (unless I've set it up wrong which relates back to reason 2)......... but all and all a good bow but needs modifications.

The arrow rest is a flimsy piece of plastic. No use whatsoever, and on a bow like this is probably dangerous. I've had to order a proper arrow rest. The bow itself seems fine, but until I get the arrow rest I've been unable to shoot with it, as it needs to be set up correctly, and the arrow rest is the key part of the set up process. Armgard not included, packaging minimal. Set up instructions, could be way, way better.

I am new to archery so i am still learning as i go.This bow is a great product, it is sturdy, easily mantainable.By now i also did enough shots with the bow to know that it is both powerful and accurate.At first i did not received the armguard, but after i informed the seller one was promptly sent to me.Also both the seller and the Petron people have been very kind and helpful, answering a lot of doubts i had about the bow.These arrows that come with the bow get damaged and break very easily so... i recommend you buy other arrows.

Love this. Have always wanted a compound bow since Rambo. I've now got 2 acres of land on which to use this and realistically I need more as its too powerful and I keep losing arrows!! If you get this you need at least 100m and a thick straw / sandbag target to stop the arrows. Top accuracy, hard draw strength so not for the weaker user. I would buy this one again.

Basic bow with basic instructions. Cheap enough to learn basics.

I shot a hole through two sheets of metal with this. Is so strong can't even get the arrows of whatever it hits, lethal weapon for sure.

I fired a few arrows and the string came off the runners and is now jammed and defected. Have not even had the bow a week. Someone help please
