Russell Hobbs. 2400 watts 22860 Colour Control Steam Iron

I already had one of these irons and have been using it for around 9 months. I bought this one for my ex-wife and she has been delighted with it. The controls are intuitive and different heat settings, which are obtained by pushing a button, are indicated by coloured lights on the rear of the iron. The steam function is excellent and provides almost as much power as the steam generator iron I used to own but of course is much lighter and easier to store than a generator. there are safety cutouts if you leave the iron for any length of time and I highly recommend this iron

I chose this because I liked the idea of the the touch button to change to the colour which gives me the right temperature is on the handle and not on the iron ,which I was constantly touching with my knuckles. I have to say I am quite impressed so far

Very easy to use and not heavy to handle

Very good iron which has replaced the old version of the same model. Please note it is NOT too lightweight - it’s just right. I like to feel it is doing it’s job !!

Although this Russell Hobbs is lighter than my Bosch iron I saw an even slighter iron by Russell Hobbs in a supermarket.

Previous iron was same make, the best iron I have used,so didn't hesitate to purchase the same brand,not disappointed.beru easy to use and love the temp control
