Toma un poco de tiempo
Lo mas importante es que tengas paciencia. Esta fue una compra para un tio y al principio solo entendiamos uno o dos palabras. Lo importante es encontrar el lugar en tu cuello y seguir practicando. A sido muy util y mi tio esta muy feliz de poder comunicarse con su familia. Para las personas que compren este aparato para un familiar en mexico no se les olvide decirles que las batertias ya estan cargadas y no hay necesidad de cargarlas. Tambien si usan baterias como energizer por ejemplo la calidad/el sonido no sera igual que con las baterias que esta compania recomienda.

This device is a scam and just does not work.
Even took it to the physician who tested it and rejected it. Amazon should prevent such fraudulent products from being sold on its platform.

This is my third NuVois III. The others have served me will for 10 years. I have sent 1 in for repairs after the 10 years of hard use. Dropped more times than I could possibly count, rained on, subjected to 105 degree + and kicked (accidently) a few times. These are good tough units. Highly recommend.
