Valentina Sauce Black Label Hot

This sauce is hot, somewhere between jalapeño and cayenne but not overly fierce. However, bear in mind you can control the heat by varying the amount you add to your food. It’s also full of flavour which is hard to convey but doesn’t overwhelm the base dish. So far, I’ve used it to perk up a stir-fry and as a dip with quiche and salad. I’m sure it would also enhance many other savoury foods. To put the above into context, I’m someone who loves savoury, spicy food no hotter than a Madras curry or similar. I use Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce regularly. This chilli sauce is hotter than those but with more flavour. In short, look no further if you desire a chilli sauce for general use. I’ve tried a few other chilli sauces but this is my favourite so far.

This is an amazing hot sauce. It's got a good strong heat and is right at the limit of where table sauces need to be for me. The taste is more sour like Tabasco and is a great contract to the saltiness of Sriracha. It's thick, rich and goes great with everything. Definitely going to be a regular addition to my meals. Superb.

Most hot sauces tend to just taste like spicy vinegar to me, but this one has an overall great flavour woth JUST enough smokey taste for my liking, all I can say is that (to no one's big surprise) Mexico for sure knows how to make a good hot sauce, 100% worth every single penny.

Lovely stuff. Easy to see why it’s popular. Perfect accompaniment to peri peri chicken, but I have it with virtually anything. You’ll never look back.

A really tasty hot sauce. I normally have a low tolerance level vs some when it comes to hot sauce, but this one although hot doesn't build to extreme heats. Works great adding a few dabs into a chilli con carne etc. Nice flavour that gives a bit of extra kick to any mundane meal.

Love this stuff. It's not super spicy but has a lot of flavour, with chili, spices and vinegar all coming together. A decent sized bottle for the money too.

Great hot sauce for people who haven't worked their way up to the hotter end of things yet. Still has a nice kick, but nothing that will ruin your meal. Goes great with pretty much everything, chips especially.

Great tasting sauce

Cercavo salse a zero calorie e mi sono imbattuto nella salsa Valentina. Il prezzo non mi ha attratto inizialmente però ho deciso di provarla e non me ne sono pentito. Sto per finirla e la riacquisterò. In termini di piccantezza, mi sembra leggeremente più piccante del Tabasco, ed il gusto anche quello è molto simile. Descriverei la salsa appunto come un tabasco più denso e intenso.
