This makes wonderful ice but is very loud. My refrigerator's ice maker quit working and I wanted this as a solution and as I love the sonic ice it does not transfer to my freezer very well because the ice is so wet. It needs to be broken apart at every use. If the ice is used right out of the machine is it awesome if the noise doesn't bother you and the time it takes to make. Still happy with it for the most part and will continue to use.

This ice maker sounds like a train going through our kitchen, our dining room and our living room. Have to shut our bedroom doors to try and get some sleep. Took me forever to find a number to contact them. Unit has a year warranty. I bought it October 6th, 2025. Received a week or so later. Ran quiet first three months. Then got crazy loud. Could not even talk to my wife in kitchen, dining room or living room. only 5 .months in and no more ice. customer service sounded like the wife of an importer brushing off the problems to get rid of someone complaining about a serious problem! NEVER EVER BUY AN EUHOMY PRODUCT AGAIN!!! I still can't believe Amazon recommended this product line! I should have read the Amazon disclaimer saying this brand gets returned frequently. Why the hell are they promoting it then as Amazon's Choice. Amazon, I spend thousands each Month with you. I don't expect these shams from you. Ill be contacting Jeff P.B. and Andy J. at our next meeting. For those that know, now's the time to move!

I was skeptical about ordering my first countertop ice maker. But this was great value, especially on Prime Day! It's compact, taking up less space than other models. I loved the red color. It's so easy to use and works great. Just add water; ice comes popping out in a matter of minutes. There's hardly any noise compared to a dishwasher. The ice is bullet-shaped, which melts faster than regular cubes. But it makes so many of them that you just refill your glass. Then put the leftovers in the freezer. Delighted!

Much smaller than I expected. Plus when I received it the putter box and product box were bashed in and the ice maker was damaged.

Euhomy Countertop Ice Maker is nice!!! It is really easy to use. It isn't heavy so easy to carry with its strong carry handle. Makes it portable and easy to move from one spot to another. Right now I have it in my pantry on the sideboard and it is very pretty looking. Eventually it will be in my kitchen after the renovations are completed. It has a pretty sheen and colour, looks pretty and it blends very nicely on the counter. It doesn't take up a lot of room. This will be great for summer and warmer months especially on my patio or your deck. I will take it out on the patio when lounging and entertaining, and taking a break from gardening with a cold drink. BONUS -Really great that I won't have to be going in and out of my house for ice. I use alot of ice throughout the day even now in winter as I prefer colder drinks. This countertop ice maker makes ice in as little as 6minutes, you get 9 cubes. Just fill with water to the line, choose what size ice you want and turn it on. That simple, that great!!! I like that it makes ice in 2sizes -small and large. It's about 12minutes to get a full glass of ice cubes. I'm using reverse osmosis water in mine as that's what I use. Distilled water will also be good. Both types of water generally lead to less build up and need for cleaning. There is a self-clean mode which you use before starting to make it. It's pretty cool how the ice is created around cooling tubes. After forming it then falls off and put in the ice bucket area. Bonus -you get a nice little scoop also, this ice maker is a complete set!!! For someone like me who likes alot of ice, it is great to not have to fill an ice tray, wait for it to freeze, dump it out and immediately fill the tray to make more. I don't have a fridge that makes ice so this countertop ice maker is a game changer and I most definitely recommend it!!!

Camping/Party/Backyard essential. The first couple batches take a little bit longer and are smaller in size because the unit is still trying to reach optimal temperature. After about 20 minutes, this thing is producing ice cubes faster than you can use them. PROS: - Uses relatively little water. Ice that is melting, melts right back into the reservoir to be recycled into more ice - Lives up to it's claim of making 26lbs per day. Make sure you have room in your freezer for the amount of ice this will make. It will fill half my RV size freezer - works very quickly - use distilled water for clearer ice. Regular water is fine, but ice is cloudy, like fridge ice maker ice. CONS: - there is no cooling element for storage and it's not insulated to keep the chamber cold. Once ice is made, it will begin to melt a little bit, so you have to empty the ice tray into a bag or container and put it in the freezer Hard to camp without this thing anymore. No need to buy bags of ice all weekend anymore. -

I grabbed this ice maker because we do a lot of entertaining and in recent months we've gotten a lot of complaints about how quickly we run out of ice haha, this completely solves that problem. Everything is working exactly as described in the manual, you really just fill it up, select the size of ice you want and press start. You get your first batch after about 7ish minutes or so. I don't know how many times I've gone into my small condo sized freezer to find the ice tray empty. Now instead of waiting 3 plus hours for some ice to freeze I can get ice in my cup in a few minutes. One tip I'd say if you are entertaining is to get an ice bucket so you can store the ice it makes in the freezer. We're using a metallic one that came with an old cocktail shaker set. The metal is good because like the bagged ice you buy at the store, you're going to want to ice pick it every once in a while and a metal bucket will work best for that. If people come over I make sure I have one ice bucket filled before they come and the unit running. That setup can give almost infinite ice to a group of 5 to 6 people. The ice sizing is cool but there's not a huge difference between the small and the large bullet ice. I'd say the larger size is maybe 15 to 20 percent bigger, something like that anyway. Small is a good choice when you want some quick ice because the freeze time is a few minutes less than the large. Other than that there isn't a huge difference. Overall, I'm just over the moon with this thing. I absolutely love it and have used it constantly since I got it. It's so satisfying to have recycled our old ice cube trays because we are never going back to that style of ice ever again. Five stars from me.

I absolutely love this ice maker. We use well water here and even though its filtrated its not always the best to use to make ice. So with our spring water 5 gallon jugs it makes using this to make ice ao much more convenient that traditional freezing ice cubes in a tray. We have limited space in our freezers being remote so ice cube trays wouldn't do well with how much space we use in them. But with this, a cup of water a couple times a day we always have fresh ice to make coffees and keep our drinks cold. And the fact it reuses water that melts over time is nice because of how quick it makes bullet ice cubes. Easy to clean as i clean it once a week to be safe with a sponge and towel. It has a line to fill it up to for ease of overfilling, thr light also goes off when it hits the max water line. So, with the hot season coming this is a must have in any home! It operates pretty quietly although not the quietest kitchen appliance in the world, still great!
