Great choice for Soundlink Home
Great fit for my Soundlink Home.

This does the trick.
This fits the unit well. It protects it for travel and is lightweight. It doesn’t increase the footprint more than is acceptable. I would recommend it if you travel with your SoundLink.

Nice hardshell case.
Great case for storing stuff. Im using it for a battery powered air compressor for the car, and a dial tire gauge as backup. Everything fits perfectly.

Good, solid case
I got this for a variety of camera supplies rather than for a Bose Speaker, so I can't speak to the fit. It's an excellent case, though. Solid with sides you can only barely indent when you press on them, a nice handle, and solid zippers. I also like the pocket inside.

I don't actually own this particular Bose speaker. I use this case for keeping chargers and cables and it works perfectly for my requirements. It's described as a hard case but I wouldn't say it's that hard. It has a reasonable amount of flex in it but I still think it would provide enough protection for the speaker. I would recommend this case

I freely admit to not owning the Soundlink speaker this was designed for. I do however own a small portable air compressor that has very similar dimensions. It cost me a fair bit and I want to protect it as long as I can. This case does a great job of that. The outer casing is soft-shelled, so semi-rigid, but it offers a fair deal of protection. Fine for throwing in a toolkit or vehicle but might not take the weight of an adult man standing on it with one leg, especially if the device inside were to be delicate. Fine for any use I'm likely to need. The inner lining has a brushed material that effectively stop any scratches and scuffs. The netted, elasticated section does a reasonable job of storing any associated cable and keeping them separate, but I don't understand why they didn't make this section bigger. As it is it only covers about a quarter of the length of the case. Overall though I'm still really happy with it. It does a good job. The outer shell is certainly water resistant and handles scuffs and scrapes well without fraying or blemishing too much. I like it.
