I use this to keep costs down in my classroom. Had a few minor problems with it but after two purchases, I've already saved the price of an entire new printer. I ordered a 2-pack of this toner in June 2024 and used the first cartridge around then. It worked very well in my HP Laserjet M402 printer. The second one I used just last month, and the printer kept having jams in the paper path, which I eventually realized was because the second cartridge didn't fit well in the track where the cartridge slides into the printer. I wrote to TrueImage customer service, saying that I understand if it's too long ago to deal with and describing the problem. They reasonably asked for a video/photo of the jam, and then refunded me the purchase price the next day. I would have been happy had they refunded me just for one of the cartridges (because the first one worked fine), but they refunded me for both. Summary: Excellent cartridge and customer service

I have been using these cartridges for quite some time now, and I must say, they perform exceptionally well—comparable to original equipment (OE) cartridges. The quality of printing has consistently met my expectations, which is why I continue to choose your products. Recently, I reached out to customer service team to inquire about other types of cartridges I might need. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and knowledgeable they were. Their assistance made the process much easier for me, and I truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I was hestitant to purchase this item because it was so cheap compared to the original print cartridge or this machine. However, based on other reviews, I decided to go for it. I'm so happy I did. It has a very, very good print quality. As far as longevity goes....I haven't used the entire amount of ink, so can't really comment on it, but since it asked for a rating, I gave it a 5 hoping it will last the same amount of time as the actual HP cartridge. Should it not, I will revise my review.

When I started working from home due to covid, my employers gave me an old printer to bring home since I didn't have one here. We stopped trying to find a home printer a couple years ago, after going through 3 printers in as many years - they don't last and the ink is too expensive; it's not worth it. But it turns out this trusty old HP Laser Jet is the best printer I've ever had at home, and when it ran out of ink, I didn't feel like going through the hassle of submitting a purchase order to get a new cartridge ordered through work. I looked up the HP original cartridges online and was shocked at the price - $170 for ONE?! I figured there would be no harm in trying this brand, especially for the price, and I've been so pleasantly surprised. I can't tell a difference at all in print quality compared to the original HP cartridge. I won't be able to judge the longevity for hopefully quite a while, but when it runs out, I've already got a second cartridge waiting :) After that second one, I'll be back to order more, even if I'm back to work in the office at that point!

Die ware kam sehr schnell und die Farben: rot, gelb und schwarz funtionierten sofort perfekt - einzig blau machte nicht das was es sollte. Aber kein Problem, ich habe den Lieferanten angeschrieben und dieser hat sofort mir einen blauen Toner nachgesendet. Ergo: Tolle und preisgünstige Produkte - und eine super Service vom Lieferanten. I came across this product with this supplier. The goods came very fast and the colors: red, yellow and black worked perfect immediately - only blue did not do what it should. But no problem, I wrote to the supplier and he immediately sent me a blue toner. Ergo: Great and inexpensive products - and a great service from the supplier.
