So far, I’m super happy!
After owning a more expensive brand and hoping to find something a little more cost-effective, that still looks good, I picked this unit. Per the photographs that I shared, it’s installed in a bar area and looks great. Right out of the box, it Plugged in and started cooling. It shipped on a small palette, wrapped and protected well . The unit seems to make very little noise - I can only hear it when I put my ear to it. It cools nicely too. I find the shelves functional and easy to manipulate - shown in the final photo that I posted. I spread the shelves out and use the top wooden shelf for bottles to lay down. As shown in my photos, the countertops I have are standard 36 inches high and 24 inches wide. You can see that this fits easily with plenty of space all around to allow ventilation for the compressor. Additionally, the plug provided is flat which is excellent (something that I was worried might force the unit forward). I used a level to make sure the unit was sitting flat annd adjusted its height slightly (easy to do). I could also make the unit a bit taller to decrease the gap at the top, but it doesn’t bother me. I know that these units sometimes have problems, but I highly recommend this so far for the price, aesthetic and function.

Kalamera product and support team
Kalamera is an excellent product with a support team that is professional and prompt. The unit has been excellent. It is super quiet and maintains the temperature that you set it. It never fluctuates and I have been very satisfied with it. When I had a problem with the unit after 4 years the support team helped me trouble shoot and was very rapid on the responses back and forth. I will definitely buy Kalamera products in the future. Highly recommend.

3 weeks in. Great fridge. Quiet, holds 38 F temp well.
We've had the fridge on for about 3 weeks. It arrived on January 20th, 2017 and its now February 13th, 2017.UPDATE: It’s been almost a year and our fridge is still working great.Pros: the listed dimensions are correct so it fit into our very narrow space of 15", it is holding the 38 degrees very well, the blue LED internal light is cool, it is quiet (I don't notice it running), it arrived in good condition, it is pretty chrome. We followed the directions to wait several hours (the directions we saw said wait 24 hours before plugging it in, but some HVAC experts in online comments said a few hours is plenty. We waited 7 hours before we plugged it in). Everything is working great. We would recommend this fridge to others and we works buy it again. If we have any problems, I'll update this review.CONS: These are small things that wouldn't prevent me from buying it again. The LED light (the only light in the fridge) at the top can get blocked if you put things on the top shelf. So, the pretty LED light gets greatly dimmed. I just try to avoid blocking it, but that means I get to use less space. The LED light has to be turned on and off manually. It might be nice to be able to turn it off so it stays off normally and only turns on when you open the door. But, it's not a big deal. I wish the fridge would go lower than 38 degrees for super cold beer. But, I haven't seen any mini fridges go lower than 38 degrees.

No Good: Operation Failure, Bad Design. Too costly for a cheaply made trays inside
After doing the due diligence, I finally decided on the Kalamera 15" 30 Bottle Wine Cooler" that had 4.5 Star average review of total of 147 reviews as of 2/3/17. I figured that it was a no brainer since the overall reviews were excellent.First Impressions:Packaging: Inadequate. The box is not fully enclosed. The bottom side of the box is open. This is where the wooden palette is attached to the refrigerator. The bottom of the package actually has a wooden palette. The overall packaging did not feel adequate.Aesthetics: The appearance is nice; however, it sits too low to the ground. Consequently, you are not able to see the interior temperature of the cooler. To see the temperature, you have to bend down good bit to have the visual on the temperature display.Deal Breaker Issues:The 30 bottle capacity is completely bogus. There are 6 shelves and each shelf can hold 3 bottles. So the overall capacity of this cooler is around 18-20 bottles not 30. By the way, the bottom shelf is not as deep (approx. half as deep) as the other 5 shelves. In terms of cooling: Current Cooler Temperature reported incorrectly: The temperature display does not show accurate temperature inside. It's off by 10 degrees. In other words, the interior temperature is close to 10 degrees *warmer* that reported by the temperature display.Design Flaws:- Temperature Display not viewable even from good distance from the cooler unless you bend down to the Display's level.- Bottom of the front door has a rubber stopper that is suppose to prevent the door from accidental openings. However, the same rubber stopper causes the door to not properly get closed unless extra force is exerted to close the door. This extra force also cause the refrigerator to shift around.- The trays are of cheap quality (one of the trays is broken in that the glued part of the tray came off). The sliding mechanism is not well designed. These trays look especially cheap when you compare them to the exterior of the cooler.Miscellaneous:This cooler is compressor based and therefore sounds just like a regular refrigerator in the kitchen. As a matter of fact, when measuring the loudness (in decibels), this cooler measure about 10 decibels *higher* than a full size Samsung 28 cubic feet refrigerator. I do want to put the noise level in perspective, though. Even though this cooler as loud as a refrigerator, the noise is not disruptively loud.At $600 price point, this cooler has some critical flaws like cooling is not adquate.I would **definately** NOT recommend this cooler to anyone at the $599 price point.
