Absolutely amazing dressings
I brought both the XL and smaller ones and they have solved a lengthy search for something that actually does what it says on the box. Waterproof and so easy to wear, no pulling on the compromised skin (usually compromised if using something like this), no irritation at or around application site, and actually, they look pretty darned ok once on. For reference, I have a healed ulcer scar , one on each shin front. One is from 2007, but still needs looking after, the other is from 2023 and really needs looking after. I am due on holiday soon, my first since forever, and having sought medical advice, was told to protect them from water when swimming, making the scar tissue too wet, therefore more able to be damaged when normal skin would be ok. I have tried so many products, expensive and less so, but none of them come within a whisker of being this brilliant. I initially brought one pack of each, and did a trial run, one of each being as one scar is huge, one fits (just) under the smaller dressing. Was so impressed I brought another 3 boxes of each! Saturday afternoon they both went on, Tuesday pm both off. No pulling, no tissue damage, in fact, both scars looked positively happy (trust me, I know when they are not). In the shower, I actually forgot they were on, soaping happily away. I did, on occasion, forget when drying my legs that they were on (the plasters, not my legs), and did towel dry with some vigour. And yet, still they stayed put. I did not feel any pulling of my skin when on, and bearing in mind I do wear loose top socks due to the scars and DM's because they really do keep foot swelling down, there was many opportunies for abrasion to rub that plaster/dressing off. Yet, still it stayed put. I have to say, I was then a tad worried they would not come off. So, Tuesday pm I sat and removed them, just in case they did cause damage, yet, oddly, off they came. Yes, I did remove slowly and carefully, who would not when uncovering an injured area, but honestly, I simply could not believe the adhesion of the product versus the ease of removal. Truly a gem because now I can finally get myself back into the swimming pool, having had to avoid it for such a long time. I am accident prone so need to take more care than your average Joe, but that is how I got both scars in the first place! Price does not reflect the brilliance. I am totally sold on this product and recommend it 100%. Absolutely the best, a real game changer for me!

Expensive but good
These plasters are great at healing small cuts , the plasters stay on really well . They are expensive for plasters but worth it

Brilliant plasters if used appropriately
While expensive, these plasters are great if you have an injury but still need to have showers and/or do not have the opportunity to change your plaster frequently. However, while these are advertised for use on the hand and other areas, you must consider whether the area injured is on an area that will bend. I injured the base of my palm, just above the wrist and unfortunately because of the texture of the palm (glabrous/hairless), and likely the fact it was near a bend, the plaster did not stay on well at all and I was better off using a Mepore/Softpore plaster daily. If you injure a flat bit of skin however, these bind and remain on amazingly (this is further backed by the fact that the bit of plaster that was going over my wrist (on the glabrous section) did not want to come off for the life of it)

Kept my post surgery wounds clean and dry!
These are invisible, safe for the central ‘pad’ area. I had some skin lesions removed, these ‘plasters’ kept my scars clean and dry and helped the healing process. I was able to wear them with shorts (one scar on my thigh, the other on my calf) without any problem and avoided stares! No rubbing or catching on anything. They stay on well and can withstand showering and even swimming while on my hols!

Seems help wound healing
It’s does seems help wound healing but I would still try to keep it away from water even though it’s kind of water proof. As it works the best for staying on your skin longer, just just not to wash your skin/ hand too often

Very impressed
We found that you need to trust these. My husband had a lump removed at the doctors which kept bleeding when we changed the dressings. We used one of these, left it on as instructed (in our case for nearly 2 weeks) then the wound healed really nicely. You can see it healing up through the plaster. They stick extremely well and kept the area protected and clean.

Great idea for some wounds but didn't work for mine
Although this probably works great for some people and is a great idea, I think my knee graze was a bit too much damage for this plaster to handle as it didn't make any difference to the healing so I've gone back to normal plasters/dressings. I also found that while it stayed on in shower, it started to leak afterwards so I had no choice but to remove it. 2 hours it took to remove the plaster, not from the wound surface but everywhere around it. It was super painful to do so despite using warm water and not pulling upwards. The straps of the plaster had to sit across nearby scabs that were part of the injury but healed quickly - they became fused with plaster so was painful trying to remove. I would still recommend this product, I just wouldn't use it for this purpose again. It also didn't fit my wound size, so had to use 2, overlapped. I do like that it forms some sort of cushion over the wound while healing.
