The outside material is sturdy. It should last. The inside pocket material is more plastic-like than cloth-like; I can imagine one of my tools tearing it. The reviewer who mentioned saddle bags is correct. See the attached image. The light square in the middle is a drink coaster. The Velcro holding both sides together was almost a deal-breaker for me. As you can see in the second photo, I ended up cutting this bag in half. Since both sides have handles, this works out great.

Such a great way to store plein air supplies!

Cute and my daughter loved it but it needs to be a hair bigger so she can put her art book in it.

I wholeheartedly recommend this bag to anyone who needs a convenient way to store and transport art supplies. When folded up this bag is small and lightweight but has numerous pockets for all of your materials. The bag appears durable and I expect it to last a long time.

It actually really doesn't hold as much as you think it would. You're better off just buying one of those roles that you stick your paintbrushes in and then roll up.

Great product but a strong chemical smell from the black dye is unpleasant...

This thing is bigger than you would expect it to be. 5 panels that open up. Plenty of pockets for your stuff. I highly recommend!

This bag is perfect for my tools etc. for my card making class. It's a nice size and has lots of compartments.

This bag is AMAZING! It's a little bigger than I was expecting...after I ordered it, I was actually concerned that maybe I should have bought something bigger, but the size is exactly what I needed. There are so many pouches, pockets, and elastics to hold things down, that I immediately filled it with all of my art supplies. An example of the holding ability of this thing...I put in: 75 coloured pencils, 30 various art markers and pens of different sizes, several erasers, sharpeners, stomps, three boxes of 12 (each) charcoal pencils, two rulers...the list goes on. AND! I still have space for more things.This is a very handy bag if you're looking for something with lots of pockets. The elastic tie-downs can either be used to hold down long paintbrushes, or as a second row of storage. I put pens and erasers and stuff in them, and they hold down nice and tightly. If you're looking for something to store art, craft, writing, etc. supplies, this is exactly what you need!

This was for my partner, who loves paintng, and she loves the bag. It is of excellent quality and is of great use and ingenuity. The customer service, which I to contact was equally excellent.Atold it is a great item and a great company to deal with.

Not quite what I expected. Doesn't hold as much as you would think. It just seems to be the wrong dimensions. Won't even hold a small 5 x 7 sketch pad. Too small to hold more useful items, too big for the few items that do fit,
