Q: I wear a size 8 shoe. What size insert should i get, the small or the large?

I wear 10. I ordered large, it fits perfectly.

Q: how do you know to order small or large?

Since I wear a woman’s size 10.5, I ordered a large and they’re perfect.

Q: Small or Large for size 7-8 womens shoes?

I only wear men’s shoes as they are more comfortable for me. I wear and 8.5 in men’s and my therapist told me to order a large. I would say medium but I really don’t know for sure. Hope this helped you some

Q: can these be combined with otc arch support insoles? or only the thin insoles that come with the sneakers?
