Great for cleaning/unblocking drains.
I don't know about cleaning brickwork or patios, but its a great drain cleaner/unblocked. Cheaper than the "off the shelf" drain cleaners/unblocked. Just pour down the sink/bath drain and leave for 20-30 minutes, rinse well with water and it should be free flowing again. If not, rinse and repeat

Everbuild v Sika
The product is fine , however it is not the manufacturer’s product that I ordered and not as effective as the Sika brick and patio cleaner which I ordered , and utilised previously.

Best thing I’ve used for patio and my toilet makes them like new
This works brilliantly it’s perfectly priced. I use it for my patio and it makes it look like new I also use it for cleaning my toilet which makes it gleaming. All you have to do is empty the water out of the bowl completely and then pour it this cleaner up to the waterline and leave for an hour if you leave it longer it will work better for more stubborn build up of limescale make sure to wear rubber gloves and use a hard bristle brush to coat all areas and leave 20 minutes for that to work in after the 20 minutes just give it a quick scrub with the brush then flush it

It stains the pathway if you don’t rinse it off

Clean Enough to Eat Off (But Maybe Don’t)
This stuff cuts through patio grime like it owes it money. Moss, algae, general filth – gone after a soak and a scrub. It’s not the kind of product you want to sniff for fun, but it works fast and rinses off cleanly. I used it on a wall too, and it came up brighter than I expected. Just don’t wear your good shoes while using it.

Fantastic product
Brilliant stuff as bought it to clean all our new wall up of cement etc, sprayed it on and watched it work then scrubbed it of. Even cleaned all our block paving up of and stains that was on there. Would recommend this as does everything it says.

Ineffective
Purchased this after speaking to Silka. I wanted to use it to remove excess silka grouting mix from my patio. It fizzes a little when applied but has made no difference at all with the removal. I’m using a wire and hard bristle brush and jet wash in addition but it’s had no impact unfortunately. I wouldn’t purchase again or recommend

Strongest You Can Buy Without a Special Licence
Works great for my purpose - which may be different to others.' I need it to clean (dissolve) adhesive from the backs of porcelain tiles so I can reuse them. For that it works well for 2-3 tiles (60x60cm). After that the active ingredient, hydrochloric acid, is neutralised too much by the base of the adhesive to do more. That's not the fault of the product by any means. UK law restricts Sika from increasing the HCl concentration; that is, making the cleaner any stronger without requiring the customer to obtain a special Government licence. You probably wouldn't want it any stronger to clean a patio, anyway, as you'd risk killing lawn and plants nearby.
