Good macros , basic decent taste

Pros: Mixes well, no problem with packaging or texture. Smells nice. Cons: The taste could be better. I generally take protein powders with water only. It's a habit carried over from my poor college days. I'm sure it would be better with milk but this one had an artificial taste. In defense, it is hard to avoid this with most protein supplements since they are generally trying to avoid sugar and calories. I would rather have more calories if it means I'm being more compliant with taking protein because it tastes good.

I’m happy I found this protein powder. I’ve been adding one scoop to my overnight oats to add flavor and protein to help me reach my daily nutrition goals. This powder is very fine and mixes easily into my oats-no clumps or gummy chunks. I love that I can read the ingredients and know what everything is and it’s even gluten free. I like that this is not too sweet and I can use it alone in a simple protein shake or add it to bulk up my overnight oats and other foods. This is now a regular part of my daily diet.

Tastes fine (similar to the "old" version), but they give you 5 less servings for the same price. They didn't say that when talking about their "updated" look.

Dissolves quickly when mixed, no noticeable clumps. Taste is..."okay", not my favorite, but works good.

This chocolate protein is really good. It reminds me of a chocolate bar, it is really good. Mixes well too. This is also First Choice certified, which is a legitimate third party testing certification to be free of banned substances. This is a major win for this protein. Also, this protein is whey isolate and hydrolyzed whey isolate. This means it is super clean, very pure whey protein. And it is only sweetened with stevia, which blows my mind because it is way too good tasting. Normally, the stevia sweetened whey protein powders mess up their flavors and it turns out bad. This is one of the few stevia whey proteins I like. This is a winner all the way around. And, for the quality of ingredients and the flavor, the price is on point also.

This protein powder product is made in USA and stored in a very bulky jar. It will expire in Feb, 2027. Although the product's label claims that the product is sold by weight not volume, I am still disappointed when I find that the volume of the powder is only less than half of its jar, as it wastes more packaging materials and incurs more shipping cost regardless of who pays for it which s neither space saving nor environment friendly. Other than that, it is a great product with detailed nutrition facts. It contains 50% protein, 19% calcium... In terms of amino acid, it has 48% essential Amino Acid, 32% conditional Amino Acid and 20% non-essential Amino Acid. It tastes good as well and is great to mix with oatmeal and adds nutrition and a nice flavor to the carbohydrate.

This stuff is great! It has a lot of great ingredients in here and tons of protein. The amount you get is great considering the price and compared to prices on other protein powders. Also the flavor was delish. It tasted like chocolate milk without being overly sweet. I had such an easy time mixing this up in my standard shaker with no problems and it was very smooth. Great buy!

This is the first time I tried to buy Rule 1 protein from Amazon, I am happy with my decision to purchase from amazon , the delivery was within the estimated dates, it was well sealed from outside and is original genuine product. I like the taste of this flavour its mild chocolate flavour and it is Naturally flavoured with stevia, blends fast. I am regularly using it since I found it in Life pharmacy where I use to purchase from. I would request them to bring bigger packs and more flavours which are naturally flavoured with Stevia too to be more cost effective for regualr users. I will be regularly ordering from amzaon next time. Thank you for the amazing product, awaiting more falvours and bigger packs.

I bought it as most reviews saying it is good in taste but honestly it is horrible to me. And it can only be used by mixing it with some unsweetened cocoa powder and some berries to make it less sweet . It is sooo sweeet that you can’t swallow !!! It is good in the terms of protein amount per serving but to me the taste comes first
